- The Ape Foundation is a foundation company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. The company will continue to exist, whether or not any of our or any AIPs pass or fail.
- We were extremely early in building out this type of business model and remain uniquely positioned in the market as a full service & dedicated DAO administrator. We take the trust placed in our organisation extremely seriously and administer our DAOs with the utmost care and professionalism.
- As per AIP-113, our terms were also extended along with the Special Council up to 31 Dec 2022. Based on the election timelines, the vote for new Council members would be completed on 28 Dec 2022, which would not allow sufficient time for our AIP to go through the proper governance process. We are no exception to having to get the DAO to vote on our continued service and we very much think it is the most advanced & transparent process in the world.
