Yes, this is the correct translation, but the meaning is not entirely clear to me. I understand when someone says that the culture (of someone or something) has rules, traditions or customs. That is, for example, I would understand if someone told me that a smile is an attribute of American culture (this is just an example), but it would be strange for me to hear that the dollar has the currency of American culture. Perhaps I’m just looking at the context of this expression incorrectly, so I could be wrong.

I just read it again, leave it like that for now. It’s confusing if you read it quickly, but when I read it thoughtfully I got the gist.
