Although we don’t publicize this, when selecting participants for our live classes, we generally have a priority based filter to accept students that our community managers will follow.
Priority #1 - Our current partner for that class
Priority #2 - One of our current partners for that month
Priority #3 - Yuga Asset Holders // those with more than just a few ApeCoin (to fight against Sybil) // Other Partner Asset Holders of previous months
Priority #4 - Other NFTs/tokens in their wallet
If you’re someone who doesn’t hold any NFTs of any of the 80+ partners we’ve partnered with, and has no/little apecoin/eth in their wallet, you will likely not get selected for a class unless it has low enrollment. The best way to get into a class is to show up on class day, 5-10 minutes before the class starts, and ask if there is room. Having any role from our collabland verification in the server helps too. Is there a ready-made infographic with lists of all project partners whose participants have already completed or are planning to undergo training? It would be clear and I think it would be pretty cool visually

We don’t have an infographic, but we do have a list in our Discord. This list is not comprehensive as we’ve added like 4-5 more and haven’t added them here yet!
At one point we maintained a Dune Dashboard to try and drum up a competitive leaderboard between communities. https://dune.com/borgley/boring-security-nft-holders (hasn’t been updated in over a year)

Boring Security onboarded me into the DAO and I am forever thankful. As an alum of the 101 and 102 classes, this AIP a no brainer. BorSec classes should be a mandatory step for anyone coming into crypto/NFTs/web3.
The video series are a great addition!

- Once the AIP Draft is confirmed by the author and meets all DAO-approved guidelines, it will receive an AIP ID number and move forward for Draft Analysis Review.

I agree 100% with Apewhale.
So thankful to have found my way to the DAO. Boring Security was the thing that initially hooked me. Not only because of the Thank Ape reward but also because I wanted to dig deeper into web3 security.
What started as a “Oh I want to check out their class!” led to the idea of a web3 security webcomic featuring the ApeCoin mascot in collaboration with Boring Security.
First part of that will be published soon

What worries me is that there are people with multiple profiles here instead of just voting in snapchat that mind be using your mechanics; it mind come down to KYC, also this way you will protect yourself as USA company from possible sponsoring some human farm/individuals from countries not eligible to be a part of the ApeCoin DAO Foundation aka Not Allowed To be in this Forum. The other side is if you actually start tracking the wallets - it will upset many every day legitimate participants, when they found out that others cheat. & hoard. So I agree how crucial it is to make sure there is no farming. So do it as you have to in USA, because this is the location you registered under right? NATO coalition laws also apply.

Most of our classes are filled by partner community NFT holders, but when we do open signups publicly we do everything we can to prevent sybil, including reporting dozens of attempts to sybil our classes to the ThankApe team, getting them banned from rewards.
To be eligible for these rewards, you still must take the class, be counted as attended, defeat our sybil checks, pay gas to claim the 101 token, and not get your account banned in ThankApe. Definitely not impossible, but a lot of work to do for 5 $APE

What is the commission at gwei 25-30 for the badge 101? 10-12$ It seems to me 5 $APE can not compensate for the costs of sybil

5 $APE will be more after hitting the 10$ line 
So, costs of sybil will be too much to maintain them
