Unless they change the way they do it l, this statement isn’t correct.

Either this is a:

  1. grant - free money
  2. Investment - most web3 funds are offshore vehicles, but your request is not structured as an investment fund
  3. Unsecured Loan
  4. Secured Loan

Unless the 6.9m is linked to 2,3 or 4 it is purely a grant for the whole amount so ask for it in that way imho.
