took me several times to realize this was 1,246,900. All things considered this is less than the $1,420,690 number that I am SURE you thought of and you could have probably asked for.

This proposal is live for vote at Snapshot. The voting period closes 13 days from now at 9PM EST.
The AIP implementation is administered by the Ape Foundation. Implementation may be immaterially or materially altered to optimize for security, usability, to protect APE holders, and otherwise to effect the intent of the AIP. Any material deviations from an AIP, as initially approved, will be disclosed to the APE holder community.

Very much in support of this. Activity is ramping up around ApeChain and other initiatives and this is critical work that the GWG does. @AllCityBAYC is a true professional and a great guy. Trust him and the rest of the team to be good fiduciaries of the funds and speed the efficiency and effectiveness of the DAO. We need builders of all shapes and sizes and this will help ease the frictions. Looking forward to continuing working with you as ApeChain develops!
