While it would require dedicated metrics, it’s something that the Ape Foundation can do on their own, by staggering the funding disbursements based on those metrics. The downside of that is it would go against the premise of timely funding of proposals which have already passed. As I mentioned in the Ape Foundation Transparency Report - 2024 - Q1 there’s a lot more to the DAO financials and which need to be taken into account when determining how to curb spending.
