Aimazin, a leader in artificial intelligence content generation technology, proposes the creation of a dynamic, web-based platform that allows Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) holders to purchase and personalize 3D AI avatars. This innovative platform will enable users to program their avatars to perform various actions, speak multiple languages, and adapt to different backgrounds, thus enhancing digital expression and broadening creative possibilities.
The platform will not only facilitate the customization of avatars but also provide a robust system for the avatars to be animated and used immediately in diverse multimedia formats. This ensures that BAYC holders can leverage their digital assets for personal branding, creative outputs, and commercial engagements. Furthermore, the avatars’ ready-to-use animated features will appeal to a wide range of artistic and marketing applications, ensuring that the avatars are not just a novelty but a practical tool in digital interaction.
In addition to serving BAYC holders, this initiative has the potential to expand to include Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) and Mocaverse once their respective 3D model files are developed by the respective projects, providing a scalable model that can adapt to future NFT collections. STEPS TO IMPLEMENT:
Step 1: December 2024 (or upon approval) - Finalising Partnerships and Funding
- Objective: Finalize partnerships with ApeCoin and secure the full sponsorship fund by December 2024. It is critical that all funds are received prior to the commencement of the project
Step 2: January 2025- Securing Rights of Use for BAYC Characters
- Objective: Obtain the necessary permissions and rights to use BAYC characters within the platform. This step ensures that all legal and intellectual property aspects are addressed, allowing BAYC holders to customise their avatars without infringing on any copyrights or trademarks.
Step 3: February 2025 - June 2025 - Development Phase
- Objective: Design, development, and integration of AI technologies into the platform. This phase involves the technical setup, ensuring all functionalities such as language options, motion capture, and background customization are up to standard and user-friendly.
Step 4: July 2025 - Beta Testing
- Objective: Conduct user testing with selected BAYC holders to refine features and user experience. This step is crucial for gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments to ensure the platform meets user expectations and is fully operational.
Step 5: August 2025 - Launch
- Objective: Official launch of the platform. This phase focuses on platform’s capabilities and encouraging BAYC holders to start utilizing the service to create their personalized avatars.
REPORTING EXPECTATIONS:
- Monthly Progress Reports: Updates on development progress, user feedback, and beta testing results.
- Launch Report: Analysis of the launch success, initial user engagement, and operational metrics.
- Quarterly Performance Reports (1 Year) : Post-launch performance, including user adoption rates, and transaction volumes.
- All reports will be made available via google drive link or email, whichever is convenient to ApeCoin DAO, and continue for a year.

This portion of the budget covers all technical aspects of the project. Funds will be allocated for a dedicated team of developers from Aimazin and ensuring robust back-end integration. Maintenance and Support: USD 83,000
This portion covers management of the platform, customer support, ongoing administrative expenses, ensuring the platform operates smoothly post-launch, providing ongoing technical support, software updates, security enhancements, and features.
Funding Tranches
- Tranche 1: $100,000– This should be released upon Step 1 and disbursements would be in December 2024 if possible.
- Tranche 2: $100,000 – This should be released during Step 2 and disbursements would be in January 2025 if possible.
- Tranche 3: $48,000 – This should be released during Step 3 and disbursements would be in February 2025 if possible.
