PizzaDAO is a global community of onchain natives that come together to throw a Global Pizza Party every year on Bitcoin Pizza Day.
To date, PizzaDAO has given away over $1M worth of real, edible pizza. You might have eaten some at our ApeFest 2024 event, during previous global pizza parties, or at NFT.NYC, Art Basel Miami, NFT Paris, NFT Sydney, ETHDenver, ETH CC, Token 2049, SXSW, NFTLA, or one of the many smaller events we’ve supported.

Bored Trading Co curates IP & MBA product to distribute direct to consumers and business to business. Bored Trading Co will work with MBAs to help distribute physical or marketing material to PizzaDAO event across the world.

Fck It Productions is a Web3-native event and entertainment company born from a defining moment in Bored Ape Yacht Club history—the legendary “Fck it, Mutants Saturday” tweet that launched the Mutant Ape Yacht Club and expanded the BAYC universe. Every Fck It event channels that same spirit of spontaneity, energy, and cultural impact. With a mission to honor the past while shaping the future, Fck It Productions creates immersive experiences that unite the Web3 community and push the culture forward. To date, we’ve produced events across 2 continents, 5 countries, and 6 cities, forging over 100 partnerships and collaborations along the way.
PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION:
PizzaDAO’s throwing our 5th Global Pizza Party and we want the Apes to co-host it with us! We’re organizing 400 events on May 22, 2025. Let’s invite the global Ape community to attend and showcase all the communities and projects within the Ape ecosystem to the 25,000+ attendees. This proposal is presented to acquire the necessary funds to celebrate Bitcoin Pizza Day with Apes and crypto community members around the world.
Each MBA will be offered the following resources at every pizza day location if desired:
- Stage Time - Intro
- Brand Activation - DIY
- Table Space - Medium (4’x8’)
- Logo Size on Graphics - Secondary/subheader
- Local Social Media Mention - Shoutout/Quote Tweet
- Video Loop on Screens - Slide/Video Clip
BENEFIT TO APECOIN ECOSYSTEM:
- Bring together the ApeCoin community across the entire world on the same day.
- Increase ApeCoin’s visibility to a worldwide audience.
- Provide a venue for Made By Ape (MBA) products in over 400 locations on the same day.
- Create and foster a cultural cornerstone of crypto by celebrating Bitcoin Pizza day, complete with ApeCoin/ApeChain branding.
- Media capture of a family friendly event branded by ApeCoin.
- Pizzapill new people into crypto with a digestable information and use case examples brought to life by MBAs and their products.

STEPS TO IMPLEMENT:
Our pizza party planning is already in progress, we have more than 400 cities signed up to be part of our Global Pizza Party. The below steps deal specifically with the ApeCoin activation within our Global Pizza Party.
Start - Mid April or Upon Approval
- Include the project’s start and end dates.
- Identify any milestones and key performance indicators.
- Detail any associated costs, personnel, and platforms needed for each step.
- State any requests directed to the APE Foundation for each step.
REPORTING EXPECTATIONS:
All funding received and distributed will be tracked through existing treasury pages. https://treasury.pizzadao.xyz/
All locations and available pizza venues will be announced 30 days in advance. Internal reporting will track the cost of each location (budget: $625 for each city)
Additional funds allocated to large gathering locations will be detailed as part of each venue budget report.
Overall attendance will be estimated and reported. A repository of photos from the event (both raw and edited/curated albums) will be made available for use following bitcoin pizza day.

Milestone 1- Mid April or upon approval, allocate $50,000 to prepare Apecoin/Apechain activations and distribute Made by Apes products to venue locations including shipping as needed.
Milestone 2- Venues confirmed and listed by May 10, allocate $100,000 to fund party expenses distributed among the venues according to attendance estimates.
