Is this idea for an actual IRL space? Do you have a location in mind?

I’m a big fan of IRL experiences as connective tissue for the ecosystem, and while we’ve had a several ideas that involve physical real estate (AIP-321 - AIP-111), I’d be interested to learn a little more about your thoughts about venue, business model, sustainability, etc.

Those always make for great conversations.

I know on the BAYC roadmap club houses were on the map still. So this could either be an independent location or at the upcoming clubhouse but start online.

We would be using all audio and video platforms, including the YouTube Apple podcast rumble, plus there could be a live element where we are streaming each podcast as an event in itself.

I know tons of devs out there who have worked on like oncyber projects where users could chill, vibe, and stream.
