Yes - I am aware, but that still doesn’t explain the out-of-order nature in most cases.
I know that you guys won’t have the answer, but why, for example, would my AIP-474 go to vote before AIP-458 (06/22/24), which is a re-submission of AIP-413? I have several other examples because before creating this topic for discussion, I created an entire table of proposals.
I wrote this proposal to provide this sort of insight. So, I hope that it passes and that it sheds more light on this mystery.
