I would like to build a strong internal systems placement for ApeCoin DAO, to more efficiently and swiftly serve the community and get proposals addressed in a more timely manner and in unity between like minded proposals. In turn creating a greater impact with our funds and community members.
Motivation
I’m motivated by knowing we can make a greater difference with less funds, less time, and more impact through building a strong, efficient and well structured internal systems. I’ve seen many amazing proposals submitted several months in advance and still not get addressed in time to execute.
Rationale
Managing multiple 10 figure businesses has required that I build strong teams, with effective systems placement. Launching brands/artists require the essential team members, resources and problem solving skills that I have built several times over.
Specifications
My web2 business was a Business MGMT firm for over 25+ years managing non-profits; law firms; artists; clothing brands; record labels, etc. This has groomed me into a well rounded, resourceful, successful potential candidate.
Concluding Statement
I am one of the best candidates because of my ability to adapt like water, apply my entrepreneurial problem solving skills and various resources across an array of industries to the DAO, providing us as a whole, a stronger support system and partners. All of which will insure we are building a STRONG foundation to make a greater impact and execute long term vision that is built to weather the market’s harsh storms.

I think that we can take a look at improving the systems that are currently in place to tackle more AIPs, timely and potentially bonding some AIPs together as their missions are in alignment and bonding them together could created a greater impact. This i can give an example as there are millions of non-profits, hundrened of thousands with the same mission but operating on a much smaller scale than they could if united. Not necessarily to be ONE - but operating as a whole with the main missions like Transformers pull together. ;o)
Regarding the internal systems for processing, I’ve seen it become an issue where it can take several months and said event date for proposal passes which in turn means the event can’t happen or other sources of support need to be obtained.

If elected, what is the one item you feel passionate about and would like to see accomplished during your tenure within the DAO? (Let’s pretend you only had the time and energy to make a personal push for one item - what would it be?)
Are there any factors in your life that may limit your ability to serve? (conflicts of interest, time allocation, limited wifi bc you work from Starbucks… etc)
What is your least favorite thing right now with our DAO in it’s current state?
