Could you clarify this point, please: “the main objective is that the ownership of the project remains in the ApeCoin community”
Promises to burn $APE amount to “increase its value” which probably crosses legal or ethical lines.
“If the project is profitable in the future, the community will have the opportunity to decide how the platform will be managed and whether it will remain active, the roadmap to follow.”
If by “the community and the Foundation” you mean ApeCoin DAO, this too likely triggers ethical if not legal concerns. That’s no knock on your ideas or good intentions, just a caveat.
