I just looked at AIP-155. 320 of votes out of 721 votes are in violation of ApeCoin Dao voting rules. They are all under 1 Ape. All of the 320 votes combined is 98.8 ApeCoin!
I downloaded the voting data CSV from snapshot for this data.
I looked at 187 as well. It is even higher with 440 out of 817 in violation of voting rules.
