I’m thinking the coin had to reach a certain set amount before withdrawing is available. Unless we can get this on ApeChain and gas will be much lower.

The Ape Foundation is not directly involved in the steps of AIP implementation. ApeCoin Pets will independently handle research, development, manufacturing, marketing, and integration with the ApeCoin blockchain.
The success of our initiatives will be measured by increased user engagement within the ApeCoin ecosystem, as well as by tracking the adoption and utilization of ApeCoin Pets products by pet owners.
The payment of $250,000 is requested upfront to cover research, development, manufacturing, and marketing expenses.
We have estimated costs for product development and marketing but are open to discussing premium features based on community feedback.
ApeCoin Pets products will be sold globally through our online platform and potentially through retail partnerships.
Our products are designed for various pets, including cats and dogs.
Web3 connectivity is not required for our products.
b) Is there a security audit plan in place, and will you share the audit report with the ApeCoin DAO?
While we prioritize safety, a security audit plan will be considered, and the audit report can be shared with the ApeCoin DAO if deemed necessary.
We are currently in the prototyping phase but do not have early prototypes to share at this moment.
We are exploring potential manufacturing and distribution partners but have not finalized any agreements yet.
Additional funding may be required for marketing and scaling production, depending on the initial response to our products.
ApeCoin reward mechanics will be based on pet interaction with our toys, where they ‘earn’ ApeCoins. More details will be provided in the final proposal.
b) Would an additional AIP be required to allow pets to accumulate ApeCoin rewards?
An additional AIP may not be required, as our integration with the ApeCoin blockchain can facilitate rewards.
We are open to discussing a licensing agreement for the use of the ApeCoin logo if required.
We are open to negotiations regarding ownership of content produced from this proposal and are willing to collaborate with the APE Community on this matter.

The app is designed to connect with the ApeCoin blockchain, allowing for the seamless transfer of ApeCoins to the pet owner’s wallet. Therefore, while the toys themselves do not require Web3 connectivity, the accompanying app facilitates the connection to the blockchain for reward distribution.
Details on ApeCoin Reward Mechanics: The reward mechanism is based on various metrics such as the duration and intensity of pet interaction with the toys. The IoT sensors capture this data, which is then processed by our app to determine the amount of ApeCoin to be rewarded. These rewards are designed to incentivize longer and more engaged play sessions, promoting both physical and mental stimulation for pets.
Funding for Rewards and Blockchain Integration: This AIP primarily seeks funding for research, development, manufacturing, and marketing. The rewards themselves are generated through the sales of ApeCoin Pets toys. A portion of these sales will be converted into ApeCoins, which will then be distributed as rewards. The integration with the ApeCoin blockchain is a part of our development plan, ensuring a seamless reward system within the existing ApeCoin infrastructure.
