BAYC as nodes charge 1% staking rewards

BAYC as APECOIN nodes, each BAYC have a delegate limit(for example 1 BAYC nodes can delegate 100,000 APE coin )，and BAYC as a node can charge 1% staking rewards.

  1. Can help bayc hold APE.(1% rewards is very low )
    2.Can help strong the releshio with APECOIN and BAYC, because APEcoin is come from BAYC, it’s the biggest IP in the META world, If some guys now BAYC maybe they will buy APECOIN.
