Thank you so much, Big Bull. You’re an incredible member of the ApeCoin community, and without your guidance, I wouldn’t have even known about this section of the ApeCoin forums. It’s so important for us to be here and consistently share updates about what we’re achieving for ApeCoin through our partnership.

As mentioned earlier, our AIP implementation period unfortunately took over six months. I understand that’s a long time, and it’s definitely frustrating, but we worked tirelessly with the Ape Foundation to finally get everything in motion. Now, we’re beyond excited to see this partnership officially underway.

In the past 30 days, we’ve been setting up and preparing to not only meet but exceed the expectations outlined in our AIP.

To start, in our first 30 days, Swamp Gaming competed at the Fortnite World Championship and finished seventh and twelfth in the world, showcasing ApeCoin in front of millions of gamers. We proudly represented ApeCoin throughout the event and also supported a fellow “Made by Apes” brand, sourcing our gaming jerseys from Boeing merch, led by the amazing ApeWhale. Both Boring Merch and ApeCoin were on full display!

Millions of gamers worldwide saw ApeCoin front and center as our talented players made their mark. And this is just the beginning! We have so many exciting announcements and updates coming your way soon. Thank you for your patience—we can’t wait to show you what’s next!

That is completely unacceptable and is one of the primary reasons for my writing this proposal AIP-478: Require Ape Foundation To Disburse AIP Funds In Timely Fashion

So, in the interest of transparency, could be please describe what caused such a delay? I am aware of other proposals that came after yours and which were negotiated, contracted and funded in a timely fashion.

Pretty cool. So, do you have images, videos etc. that we can look at?

Hi TFG. Two questions to start with.

Delay:
What was the reason for the delay?

Revenue:
What revenue since the passing of the AIP has been generated? Are your books open to the Dao for review? Are there monthly financial reports that can be verified? Will the period of revenue share be extended beyond the end of 2024 if the implementation delay was on your end?

The delays were beyond our control, and since the agreement wasn’t finalized, nor were funds received until August, we will not be distributing revenue from earlier periods. The revenue share commenced once the legal agreement was executed, and for legal reasons, this cannot be altered.

Although these circumstances were out of our hands, we remain fully committed to the DAO and ApeCoin. To ensure continued progress, we are extending the implementation timeline through the end of July 2025, allowing for a full year.

Regarding financial records, due to legal constraints, we will not be making them public. However, they will be shared with the Ape Foundation, and quarterly revenue share payments will be disclosed publicly.

The nature of our agreement is far more complex and distinct from any previous approved AIP. Unlike many startups that have been approved, we are an established business with nearly eight years of operation.

We were also the first to propose offering both equity to ApeCoin and a revenue share. This added several layers of complexity to executing the agreement.

It was a lengthy process, and we are deeply grateful to the special council and facilitators who helped expedite its execution.

We’re simply glad the agreement is now finalized and believe we’ve set a precedent for future AIPs from established businesses looking to transfer equity and share revenue.

When will the first reports be shared with the Ape Foundation?

We are already actively working with the foundation, and as mentioned earlier, the reports will be disclosed quarterly.

Just clarifying here, October for Q3, January for Q4?

We won’t follow the standard fiscal quarters since we began mid-quarter. Instead, we’ll structure our quarters based on the date the AIP was officially executed. Q1 will end November 14th.

Great, thanks. Just wanted to clarify that as I had not seen that shared yet.

Understood. But six months, though? I was just curious as to what challenges you guys encountered so that we can better understand them as well as the pitfalls.

Saying that it was due to being an established business, the proposal was for equity, rev share etc. doesn’t explain this to any extent.

Right. This precedent setting proposal as you’ve suggested is why it’s important that we understand the process, challenges etc. So, for example, another proposal coming through here could learn (by way of us learning about your experiences and us sharing them with new authors in a similar rev share situation) what they should prepare for ahead of time etc.

I’m excited to announce that we’ve officially launched the ApeCoin Influencer House under this AIP! Initially planned as a Gaming House, we’ve had to adapt and pivot into an Influencer House due to delays with the AIP and the Fortnite Championship season ending in early September. With limited content opportunities from our Fortnite roster, we recognized that transitioning to an Influencer House would allow us to reach 50x more people. In just two days, we’ve already made incredible progress, including being featured on Adin Ross’s stream.

Adin Ross is one of the biggest streamers and influencers in the world, and last night, we featured not only ApeCoin but several Made by Apes brands, including a major segment for ApeWater.

Now that our AIP is fully underway and the Influencer House is up and running, you can expect events like this to happen regularly. Our mission is to not only grow Swamp Gaming and the ApeCoin Influencer House but also support other Banana Bill, AIPs, and Made by Apes brands, along with the broader Yuga ecosystem. So if you’re one of those brands, don’t be shy and send me a DM on Twitter.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to share what we’ve got in store!

Isn’t Bored Ape a lifestyle brand who’s partnered with Nelk and other edgy groups? Sure, Adin Ross can be controversial, but he’s also collaborated with the former (and potentially future) president of the United States, done charity work, and given back to communities. The streaming and influencer world is filled with controversy and toxic communities, even figures like MrBeast who’s a poster boy for content creators.

To clarify, we didn’t spend any money on this integration—it was a collaboration between our influencers and Adin Ross, not a paid advertisement. We featured multiple Made by Apes brands on a massive platform for free, with each brand notified beforehand and excited about the opportunity.

It feels like you are trying to twist this into a negative light, which imo reflects your bitterness towards me and our AIP. I do welcome constructive criticism, but it doesn’t feel like that’s what you’re doing here. Maybe I’m wrong, but I welcome that you reach out and we hop into a call. Would love to chat about your feedback on voice.

Regarding gaming content, we’ve been actively promoting ApeCoin through gaming for months, even before our AIP was executed. This includes placing 7th and 12th at the Fortnite World Championship in front of millions of viewers.

We have stated that we are an entertainment and content brand too, not just gaming. I’m not going to miss major opportunities to grow our ecosystem by being restricted to just gaming.

That said, we have some incredible gaming announcements coming from Swamp Gaming in the next two days. Exciting times ahead!

You’re entitled to your opinion, but the feedback from the brands and the broader Yuga ecosystem has been overwhelmingly positive. I appreciate you sharing your concerns, and as someone deeply involved in both industries, I see this as a strong move, and that sentiment is widely shared. I’d be happy to hop on a call sometime to better understand your perspective and share mine as well.

Are you suggesting that because he has collaborated with the former POTUS - who has consistently been accused of being racist - that somehow makes it OK?

Do you not understand how branding works and how said brands can be tainted in many ways which are detrimental to the brand?

00170

What are you saying? That regardless of the threat to a brand - by racists Red pill nutters - that it’s all good? Please explain because I am struggling to undertand the logic and I don’t want to jump to [unfair] conclusions.

Just to clarify—we’re not partnered with Adin Ross in any official capacity. Our content group is extremely popular and frequently collaborates with some of the biggest influencers worldwide. This was an opportunity for our group and partners to gain visibility with millions of viewers.

If your main concern is the brand risk associated with Adin Ross, there’s really no issue here. The exposure and benefits for the MBA brands far outweigh any concerns, and, as mentioned, all brands were informed ahead of time and were excited about the opportunity.

There’s no need to be concerned about an ApeCoin rug being shown on a livestream. Dozens of brands that aren’t directly associated with Adin Ross appear on his streams every day without issue. Again I would love to chat on voice sometime to further share our perspectives. For now, I’m going to move on from this discussion. Thank you

I’m not here to turn this into a political debate. Yes I mentioned the former POTUS, but not to make this a conversation about politics. Come on, this is the ApeCoin forums, you’re going to have people on both sides.

Are we really saying we can’t collaborate with nearly half the U.S. population because of their political views?

I’m definitely done with this conversation.
