Multi language for Apecoin and community

Hi everyone,

After being in Office hours and talking with @bc I decided to make this AIP.

I am Yashar from the Iranian community. My mother’s language is Farsi and also I talk Dutch.
I heard that Apecoin want to be a multi-language and I want to say I want to help to grow this family and let other people that they love :heart: Apecoin.
I can translate their ideas or helping for making content for the Farsi language.

I love to hear your ideas and comments.

We can also make a Special AIP just to translate to all of the languages not just Farsi or Dutch can also other languages.
This can be a first step for if we want to make a Discord we can use them there.
