I whant ask about staking. Today I have Ape on https://app.apestake.io/ and I think to bay Mutant MutantApeYachtClub #1564 - Mutant Ape Yacht Club | LooksRare .
IF I bay I can staking Mutant + Ape still or is closed today ?

Hello! I think I understand what you’re saying, and yes! If you buy a mutant you can certainly still stake your APE against it to earn a higher return. 
There is no time limit to begin staking, but emissions will run out ~ 3 years.

Exactly what @Amplify said. And of course, the sooner the better if you’re committed to staking. With each day that passes, the APY is going down ever so slightly, as more people add $APE to the pool(s). There are many ways to stake if not directly through Horizen. I’ve been using a mobile solution called Omni and the experience has been seamless.
