I think it’s a brilliant idea, we will get to know each other a bit better like in IRL event. Specially, it’s great for those who can’t afford to make it to official events like APE Fest, etc.

You might consider organizing an event like Secret Santa. Divide participant pools by country to make it easier to resolve delivery issues. To maintain the anonymity of both parties, use only the addresses of delivery points.
Yes, unfortunately there is still this issue of financial barriers and geographical barriers so that we can all get to know each other.
