- Is the Ape Foundation expected to engage in any of the steps of the AIP implementation? If so, please specify the steps and elaborate on how it is expected to work.
Yes. Should the AIP be approved, we would like Apecoin DAO to help us to make an announcement and share our contact information for people in the ecosystem to submit their community project that they want to be featured in our magazine
- Can you please specify in detail the frequency and duration of ApeCoin’s appearances in the NFT Lab Magazine?
“Apecoin corner” and “Empowered by Apecoin logo” will appear on every issue of the NFT Lab, which will be published on a monthly basis for the next 12 months.
- Could you please provide additional information regarding the distribution of printed magazines?
512 News Stand
499 convenient stores (Circle K and 7-Eleven), including 98 MTR Stations (which has millions of passengers on a daily basis)
20 news stands in MACAU
15 news stands in TAIWAN
- How will the success of the proposed initiatives be measured and evaluated?
-Number of physical copies sold
-Social media engagement
-Online version – number of visitors and page view
-Number of merchants on-boarding to have collaboration
- a) Regarding your online material, will there be any Web3 connectivity required?
No Web3 connectivity. We want to make this an open platform so that it can attract more readers.
b) Is there a security audit plan in place, and will you share the audit report with the ApeCoin DAO?
No plan as it will be just a general website.
- Would you require a licensing agreement for the use of the ApeCoin logo for the implementation of this proposal?
We will need your authorization to print and publish the Apecoin Logo. We are okay to go for either an authorization letter or a formal licensing agreement, whichever is easier for Apecoin DAO.
- Would your expectation be to keep complete full ownership of content produced from this proposal?
We will use the standard practice:
Any content developed by NFT Lab, we will keep full ownership of the content
We will always quote the source of original information if our articles involve external information source.
The ownership of all original content from community projects, community members and Apecoin DAO will always remain with the original owner.
Should the AIP be approved, we will fully authorize Apecoin DAO and community to re-publish and re-distribute our content, free of charge.
- Do you provide consent to share these questions with the community in this forum?
YES
A DAR package is being worked on and upon completion this AIP will move into Administrative Review. Follow this Topic as further updates will be posted here in the comments.

This proposal is live for Snapshot vote at Snapshot. The voting period closes next Wednesday at 9PM EST.
The AIP implementation is administered by the Ape Foundation. Implementation may be immaterially or materially altered to optimize for security, usability, to protect APE holders, and otherwise to effect the intent of the AIP. Any material deviations from an AIP, as initially approved, will be disclosed to the APE holder community.
