With ApeCoin as a core reward mechanism, we amplify its exposure and utility. Juice Points, Whrever’s native rewards system, will be convertible into ApeCoin, incentivizing engagement (no fees will be charged to users when exchanging Juice Points for ApeCoin; Whrever will cover any associated exchange fees). Beta testing will prioritize ApeCoin wallet holders and Yuga Labs IP owners, strengthening early adoption. Moreover, featuring Made by Apes products will spotlight creators while driving adoption. REVENUE SHARING MODEL

Our proposed model would allocate a portion of gross revenue to the ApeCoin DAO Treasury.

Year 1-2:

  • Whrever commits to a tiered revenue-sharing model:
    • First $1M in revenue: 1% allocated to the ApeDAO Treasury.
    • $1M-$5M in revenue: 1.5% allocated to the ApeDAO Treasury.
    • Above $5M in revenue: 2% allocated to the ApeDAO Treasury.

Year 3-4:

  • Transition to a hybrid model with 0.5% of all revenue and 5% of ApeCoin-related revenue allocated to the ApeDAO Treasury.
'ApeCoin-Related Revenue' Defined

“ApeCoin-related revenue” refers to all revenue generated through transactions, activities, or interactions that directly involve ApeCoin within the Whrever platform. This includes:

  • Purchases Made with ApeCoin – Transaction fees earned from users spending ApeCoin on Whrever to buy products or services.

  • ApeCoin-Funded Campaigns – Revenue from promotional campaigns, advertisements, or sponsorships funded by brands or creators using ApeCoin.

  • Marketplace Fees on Secondary Sales – Any commissions earned on resale transactions when ApeCoin is used for purchases.

This ensures that ApeCoin activity on Whrever directly benefits the ApeDAO Treasury, aligning incentives and promoting utility.

Post-Year 4:

  • Terms will be reevaluated based on Whrever’s performance and ApeDAO feedback, ensuring alignment with platform growth and the DAO’s evolving priorities.

Milestone Bonuses:

  • $1M in platform revenue: An additional 1% of total revenue for the quarter will be allocated to the ApeDAO Treasury.
  • $10M in platform revenue: A 3% bonus of total revenue for that quarter will be shared with the ApeDAO Treasury.

  • Juice Points: Whrever’s native rewards system, earned through user engagement.

  • Staking Strategy:

We have not yet entered any formal agreements. However, I have built strong relationships across the Advertising and Tech industries to establish legitimate partnerships. These relationships extend beyond service and product brands, encompassing key players such as A16Z, Fenwick, UTA, and others, who can assist in securing and strengthening future collaborations.

  • Responsible for building the backend infrastructure, API integrations, DLT framework, and ensuring scalability.

  • A developer with blockchain experience often commands higher pay than a standard full-stack developer.

  • UI/UX Designer (~$80K–$110K/year market rate)

  • Responsible for interface design, user flows, and creating a seamless, intuitive experience.

  • If this role includes front-end development, the cost would be higher.
