PROPOSAL NAME:

Choose a title that best represents your APE Improvement Proposal (AIP).

TEAM DESCRIPTION:

Provide a brief description of yourself, any co-authors, and your team.

  • Include any relevant professional and academic history.
  • Share your preferred communication platform, including your username or other helpful contact information.

If you’re seeking funding, each team member set to receive funds would be expected to separately sign a grant agreement and undergo KYC verification before funds are released.

PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION:

A summary outlining your proposal. This section would be showcased on Snapshot for the community’s consideration and should effectively communicate key details about your proposal.

BENEFIT TO APECOIN ECOSYSTEM:

Explain how your proposal will benefit the ApeCoin ecosystem. If your AIP is requesting funding, explain in detail the benefit in relation to the amount of funding that you are requesting. This section would be visible to voters on Snapshot.

DEFINITIONS:

Define any words or phrases within your submission that are unique to the proposal, new to the APE Community, and/or industry-specific.

STEPS TO IMPLEMENT:

Outline the steps to implement your proposal.

  • Include the project’s start and end dates.
  • Identify any milestones and key performance indicators.
  • Detail any associated costs, personnel, and platforms needed for each step.
  • State any requests directed to the APE Foundation for each step.

REPORTING EXPECTATIONS:

If your proposal is accepted, you will be expected to submit progress reports for the community on the ApeCoin DAO forum on the first day of each month, upon completing each milestone, and when each funding tranche is received until your proposal is finally classified as an Implemented AIP.

  • Specify any additional platforms you will use to publish these reports.
  • For ‘Process’ proposals, we recommend providing guidance for the community to review the impact of this proposal on a monthly basis until it is finally categorized under Implemented AIPs.

OVERALL COST:

Present your grant request at the top of this section using the following format:

“Total amount requested from the ApeCoin Ecosystem Fund = $X.”

  • If your proposal is requesting a grant in excess of $100,000, please structure your request for funding using milestone-based allocations .
  • Include any additional requests that are directed towards the APE Foundation, especially concerning the community discussion platforms, website, or Snapshot.
  • Provide a summary of the total budget.
  • This section will be visible to voters on Snapshot.
