Auto Compounding for ApeCoin Staking

The idea would be to propose the option for compounding (claim + restake) of the rewards of ApeCoin Staking.

Different mechanism could be implemented such as:

  • If the NFT you paired are not maxed out: Auto-compounding of all rewards to complete pairing pools in priority.
  • If the NFT you paired are already max out: Auto-compounding in the ApeCoin pool instead.
  • In all cases: Make the single ApeCoin pool auto-compounded.

This AIP would need to define different parameters such as the Bounty to reward the user who trigger the compounding for a pool if the process is manual OR a performance fee to cover the auto-compounding integrated to the contract.

Glad to this Idea from you, especially since you are one of the SC Nominees and a Bored Ape discord degen group member (Group is always forming) :gorilla: :orange_heart:

We have a comprehensive idea from a couple of Bored Ape devs, @srsly & @beleevens, I’ll link it here below! Once they finalize their Draft the post would be reopened for comments again, we can offer more feedback/support, & the Draft will be under admins review.

Love this idea and think this would generate huge value for the ApeCoin community. Pendle.fi and others are already trying to enable this sort of functionality, and many apes are interested. I think an official ApeCoin interface providing this functionality that is properly audited, bug-bountied, and developed, would be an incredible piece of DAO infrastructure.

Would love to extend Solidity.io’s resources as support in building this out and making this a reality.
