Horizenlabs will transfer control of the apestaking contract and website to the communtiy.
The communtiy will nominate BORINGSECURITY as interim GUARDIANS.
Horizenlabs may claim a $50K ‘reward’ if they so wish (after the above is confirmed), as recognition for the completion of their services.
