I love seeing you jump into the process as you have been an extremely important part of the YUGA community from the jump. My number one question I am asking to all nominees is, in your opinion what is the biggest hurdle we’ve yet to get past in the DAO?

Both crucial but in different arenas:
Communication/education. The basics funneled to both potential DAO members and current. I know that a comms/marketing WO would lead the charge & alleviate this but there is still a lot of infrastructure to be built in order for everything to run smoothly. It should be happening at the basic level of announcements/comms.
The second is and more relevant for the role I am running for is—as elaborated upon in my nomination statement—it is the duty of Special Council to make sure we legally uphold and protect the best interests of the community to continue operating within the law & vision as directed by the DAO.

I’ve worked with Swickie and participated in several of her events on numerous occasions over the last two years. An example of someone I truly believe pushes the space forward and constantly puts others up. She understands culture because she lives it. Also great to see experience with foundation and grant environments. Swickie will rock this!
