Agreed 100% that additional full-time teams are needed, and your considerations are a great “template” of sorts, a jumping off point at the very least.
To that point, AIP-64 IRL Events Feasibility Study has a follow-up AIP that proposes such a working group (IRL Events Support Team) based on countless conversations with industry professionals, event organizers, brands and sponsors. The list above will no doubt be a great guide to integrate in the AIP.
