- Are there any potential legal risks associated with the activities of this AIP?
All of our events go through a great deal of legal scrutiny because of our existing partnerships — we are Amazon and Twitch partners and content partners of major brands like Verizon and Discover. Our legal opinions come through Baker and Hostetler, one of the premier crypto firms in the United States. Rest assured that Apecoin DAO would benefit from such scrutiny. Currently, we do not believe there would be any legal risk to the DAO.
- Is the Ape Foundation expected to engage in any of the steps of the AIP implementation? If so, please specify the step and elaborate how it is expected to work.
Just get Apes to show up and have fun at events!
- Please elaborate on you and your teams’ expectations for the future.
We hope for nothing less than ApeDAO and Cxmmunity to represent the first truly complete, seamless bridge from web2 gamers to web3.
- Have you or your team identified any additional financial, operational, or ApeCoin DAO brand risks associated with this AIP?
No. We believe the ApeDAO brand is safe, considering we must pass muster with our other partners who scrutinize everything in our events!
- Your proposal places additional value on the activations in Q1, including “a dedicated booth space and panel speaking time” and “VIP treatments” for any Ape, this opportunity will have passed before this AIP could possibly conclude voting at this time. Given that the process to get to this stage has taken so long, which is no fault of your own - do you feel that there should be edits made to the Draft to give updates and indicate a new timeline?
As this event will occur in days, this can certainly be amended.
- Will there be some other opportunities for the ApeCoin DAO and its members outside of Q1, given the new timeline?
Yes. Please see the proposed event schedule taken from the AIP:
Q2 - IRL Live Broadcast in Cannes, France: June 15, 2023
Q3 - 4 Week Virtual Gamer Training: Sept-Oct, 2023
Q4 - IRL Live Broadcast in Atlanta/Washington D.C or Austin: Nov. 2023
Note these are just the major events and not inclusive of the smaller IRL and virtual tournaments/events we hold many times a week. $APE would be incorporated into as many of these events as funding allowed, along with education on ApeDAO.
- Your proposal states that “Any Ape that shows to the Q1 event will receive VIP treatment, including meet&greet with all artists and sponsor representatives. FCFS basis until we run out of room (can’t fight the fire marshal).”, will you please elaborate on the details of this specific opportunity?
The comment was meant to say that we would accommodate all Apes possible who showed up (FCFS basis) and they would be introduced to reps from all other sponsors, given panel time, and provided a personal esscort (I can’t post the word “e*cort”) 
/rest area/food/education on Cxmmunity events and strategy time with the team to see how we could work together in the future.
- Is it still possible?
As stated in one of the previous questions, the timeline for ApeDAO participation in the Q1 event has passed. Upon passage of AIP-219, Cxmmunity will set up another VIP event for Apes.
- Your proposal states that “The ApeDAO logo will be seen beside industry leading sponsors (to include Spotify, Wendy’s, Coca-Cola, AT&T and CashApp) in a AAA production event.”.
- Is the expectation that the Ape Foundation would allow your team permission to use the ApeCoin logo for marketing at this event?
Yes
- How would the ApeCoin logo be used?
We would certainly have a discussion about this with the DAO to ensure everyone is on the same page. The thinking was prominent display of the logo during one of the major events such as the concert and display at a dedicated booth or table.
- Would there be any merchandise sold using the ApeCoin logo?
