5.) As per the AIP Draft Template, “If your proposal is accepted, you will be expected to submit progress reports for the community on the ApeCoin DAO forum on the first day of each month, upon completing each milestone, and when each funding tranche is received until your proposal is finally classified as an Implemented AIP.” Do we have your consent to update your Reporting Expectations section acknowledging this caveat?
Yes. We will make regular reporting a part of our workflow. I agree to include this in the reporting expectations section.
6.) You’ve mentioned that “30% of the net profit generated from each plan will be returned to the Apecoin DAO.” Would you be willing to amend the proposal so that the Foundation would receive X% of Gross Revenue in any instances of funds returned to the DAO’s treasury? This has been the preference in the past.
Yes, since it’s an AI product, there may be costs associated with using each unit. However, we believe we can keep this cost minimal by operating our own server. We have discussed and decided to allocate 30% of total revenue for the platform’s ongoing operational costs. This will be included in the proposal.
7.) Would your expectation be to keep complete ownership of all content produced from this proposal?
Yes.
8.) “Owners of BAYC, MAYC, MocaVerse, BOTB NFTs, as well as owners of NFTs from the Apechain Spotlight top 106 NFT projects, will be granted complimentary subscriptions for a duration of five years at no cost.” To clarify, would this “no cost” subscription be the “Free” version of the four you’ve outlined?
Yes, we will allow the use of the Ultimate package for BAYC/MAYC/Mocaverse/BOTB projects over the next 5 years. This package has a monthly fee of $119, providing users from those NFT projects with services worth $7,140 for free over five years.
For the top 20 projects with the highest volume on Apechain Spotlight, like Geez and Gobs, they will have access to the Pro package for five years, worth $2,340 per user. The remaining 86 projects on the ApeChain Spotlight program will have access to the Standard package for five years. We will select the first 106 projects based on their all-time volume.
9.) As per the ApeCoin General Guidelines, “proposals will not be put up for vote if they involve illegal activity, hate speech, pornographic material, or are at odds with the mission or values of the APE Foundation.” Can you ensure that the content on the Artiflex AI platform would be in keeping with these guidelines?
Yes, our AI will have a core system to prevent the generation of content promoting obscenity, violence, or anything conflicting with APE Foundation’s values. Therefore, we provide guarantees against such content. We will not produce materials containing illegal activities, hate speech, or pornographic content, and the ability to generate such topics will be prohibited on our system.
10.) Do you provide consent to apply updates to the relevant areas of your proposal based on your responses to the questions above?
