Led by Joseph Voyager, Founder of BeneluxApe Community and NFTFEST, Joined the BAYC family since April 2021, bored to death.
NFTFEST was a key partner with ApeCoin and many MBA projects at NFTFEST 2024 in Brussels (July).

Our experienced team has produced more than 10 events in Europe over the last 2 years; NFTFEST 2024 alone attracted 1,000 attendees and featured 100 speakers. We bring deep expertise in event planning, creative booth design, and community engagement, ensuring that ApeChain and MBAs will have a standout presence at NFTFEST and WAIBSUMMIT MONACO, supported by key ecosystem stakeholders and prominent European Ape communities, including French Apes, Iberian Apes, German Ape Club, OtherItaly and BeneluxBoredClub.

PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION:

NFTFEST MONACO and WAIBSUMMIT are the first and biggest WEB3 event in Monaco, gathering world-leading WEB3 projects and communities. Last year, the event was successfully organized in Brussels with support from members of the ApeCoin DAO.

Scheduled on 27th–28th June 2025, at One monte Carlo the leading conference venue at the heart of Monaco’s prestigious district, right before ETHCC Cannes, NFTFEST MONACO offers a unique opportunity to engage with high-caliber industry leaders, creators, and high-net-worth individuals—perfect to showcase the culture of ApeCoin and its amazing community.

Featuring partners: AnimocaBrands, DapperLabs, StepN, Rarible.

In the same time, WAIBSUMMIT will be organized, forming the European largest Web3 & AI-focused summit that brings together global leaders, VCs, and innovators to shape the future of technology and decentralization, featuring industry giants and pioneers like Microsoft, AWS, Eliza, Matchain & Chainbase, reflecting the groundbreaking AI vision championed by YUGA LABS. For the two events, we are partnered with more than 20 media partners, including Cointelegraph, Decrypt, NFTPLAZA and NFTNow, ensuring extensive global coverage and amplified reach. Furthermore, the Monte-Carlo WAIB Summit Awards honor excellence in Web3 & AI, recognizing visionaries, pioneers, and innovators shaping decentralized technology. This represents an excellent opportunity for ApeCoin and its ecosystem to be highlighted in this prestigious award.

As the WHALE sponsor, ApeCoin DAO will secure an influential brand presence with a comprehensive sponsorship package that includes:

• A tailor-made booth (configurable as either a 6x3 m² booth or two 3x3 m² booths) for the full 2-day event.
• A private helicopter transfer from Nice Airport to Monaco on the 26th June for 6 VIP guests, branded with ApeCoin.
• Dedicated Creator Booths for ApeCoin MBA participants.
• Robust main stage engagements including one 20-minute keynote session on the main stage each day to deliver high-impact presentations on topics related to AI, Web3 or Gaming, and two panel discussions per day featuring industry experts and thought leaders.
• An ApeCoin featured VIP cocktail reception on 27th or 28th June from 6 PM.
• 50 free general tickets for ApeCoin holders and 100 free general tickets for BAYC and MAYC holders (mainly for European apes).
• 10 VIP tickets for the ApeCoin team and partners.

PACKAGE DETAILS:

• Tailor-Made Booth:
  A 3x3 m² custom-designed booth for the entire 2-day event, prominently displaying ApeCoin and ApeChain branding.

• Tailor-Made Booth for MBA:
  A 3x3 m² or 4x2 m² custom-designed booth for the entire 2-day event, prominently displaying MBA brands. Featuring as many MBA brands as possible, offering a premium platform to showcase their projects and engage with event attendees. For the 4x2 m² space, at least 8 MBA brands/projects can be presented (1x1 m² per project) or even more if we can share the display table. The final number of brands will depend on how many projects apply and how much space each project requires, but it will not be less than 8 projects.

• VIP Experience:
  VIP passes providing exclusive access throughout the event, including a private helicopter transfer from Nice Airport to Monaco on the 26th June for 6 VIP guests and media team. The 6 VIP guests for the helicopter transport will be selected by the ApeCoin Foundation, and the helicopter will be branded with ApeCoin, ensuring maximum visibility.
  

  

• VIP Cocktail Reception 150p:
  An ApeCoin featured VIP cocktail reception on 27th or 28th June from 6 PM, designed to offer a premium networking environment for VIP guests and key stakeholders.

• Main Stage Engagements:

  • Keynotes: One 20-minute keynote session on the main stage each day to deliver high-impact presentations on topics related to AI or Web3.
  • Panels: Two panel discussions per day featuring industry experts and thought leaders.

• Content Capture & Social Media Coverage:
  Professional content capture services will record videos of talks and provide coverage of the ApeCoin booth to generate engaging social media content, amplifying ApeCoin’s presence and message.

• General Admission Tickets for ApeCoin Holders:
  50 free general tickets will be provided to ApeCoin holders and 100 free general tickets will be provided to European BAYC and MAYC holders, ensuring wider community engagement and broader exposure. We have already granted 10 tickets for each ApeCoin community in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Benelux. For the rest of the ticket distribution, we will use Tokenproof to allow BAYC, MAYC holders, and ApeCoin holders to claim their tickets. This will ensure a smooth and secure process for the distribution of tickets to the community.

• VIP Tickets for ApeCoin Team and Partners:
  10 VIP tickets will be provided to the ApeCoin team and partners, granting premium access to exclusive VIP areas and experiences at NFTFEST MONACO. The 10 VIP tickets will be selected and distributed by the Ape Foundation.

DEFINITIONS:

WAIB Summit: “Web3 and AI Summit,” which will be the first and largest Web3 and AI event in Monaco, organized together with NFT Fest Monaco.

  We commit to providing progress updates every 2 weeks via the ApeCoin forum and designated Discord channels from the start of the project.
• Pre-Event Report:
  A detailed progress report outlining final preparations will be published one week before NFTFEST MONACO.
• Live Event Coverage:
  Live updates and social media posts will be made during the event to capture real-time engagement and developments.
• Post-Event Report:
  A comprehensive post-event report will be shared within two weeks after the event. This report will include:
  • Key performance indicators (e.g., attendee numbers, media coverage, social media impressions).
  • A summary of the budget utilization and any deviations.
  • Visual media such as photos and videos.
  • Community feedback and lessons learned.
• Communication Platforms:
  All reports and updates will be disseminated via the ApeCoin forum, official Discord channels, and other relevant ApeCoin social media channels.

Total Amount Requested from the ApeCoin Ecosystem Fund: $46,000 USD

NFTFEST MONACO WHALE Sponsorship Package: $44,000 USD

• The tailor-made booths, main stage keynote and panel sessions, creator booths - $16,000
• VIP Cocktail reception 150p. - $9,000
• 150 tickets and 10 VIP tickets - $10,000
• The private helicopter transfer for VIP guests is included and will be branded with ApeCoin - $5,000
• Media coverage during the whole event - $4,000

Treasure Hunt, Merchandising and Goodies: $2000 USD

• For the treasure hunt, we want people outside of the ApeCoin community who visit the ApeCoin booth to engage with the booth and earn rewards. A Web3 wallet will be required at the booth, and we could organize a POAP (Proof of Attendance Protocol) hunting activity. After the event, we would draw a winner from those who participated. This approach will help increase engagement and interaction with the booth while rewarding participants.

Funding is being requested in one lump-sum disbursement, upon successful passing of the AIP. Receiving the funding upfront will ensure smooth planning and execution of the event.

I love this proposal. NFTFEST MONACO and WAIBSUMMIT represent an incredible opportunity to position ApeCoin at a high-level event, surrounded by industry leaders, innovators and big players in the Web3 and AI space.

Events of this magnitude are key to attract new audiences and Monaco is a high-level location in the heart of Europe. With the participation of major brands this proposal drives a global amplification of the ApeCoin brand.

Something that would be very useful is to include new circles of investors and entrepreneurs outside the web3 ecosystem in the event, so they can meet their peers in web3 and join certain parts based on their interests. It would be great to participate in this onboarding effort for influential profiles in Monaco.

We were there last year and Joseph is committed to the BAYC ecosystem adding value, work, vibes and honesty in business.

1. In your Steps to Implement, Milestone #2, you’ve requested “Support from the APE Foundation in accessing design resources and creative expertise.” Can you elaborate further on this request?

For the booth design, we have an in-house team that will be responsible for creating and producing the booth. However, we would like to align with the ApeCoin Foundation to receive guidance and ensure the booth design makes a strong, positive impression that reflects the ApeCoin brand and values. This collaboration will help us present a cohesive and impactful experience for the event attendees.

2. In your Steps to Implement, Milestone #3, you’ve requested“APE Foundation’s assistance in promoting the event through ApeCoin channels.” Regarding social media requests, the APE Foundation has introduced a social media request form to streamline the process of requesting tweets, retweets, and other social media activities. This form is currently accessible to approved AIP Authors, and requests would be considered at the discretion of the Ape Foundation.

Thank you for the information. We will follow this advice and use the social media request form introduced by the ApeCoin Foundation to promote the event through ApeCoin channels. We will ensure that our requests are aligned with the provided process and guidelines.

We have already granted 10 tickets for each ApeCoin community in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Benelux. 5b) Please provide details on how these MBAs would apply, be evaluated, and selected.

We would like to create a Google form for each MBA project to submit their project. If the project involves a physical product, we will arrange the display; if not, we will arrange a screen to display it. We will aim to display as many projects as possible, with a minimum of 8 projects, based on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis. We have already reached out to the 5 European Ape communities about their MBA projects and have received many interests.

6. How would the six VIP guests be selected to participate in the helicopter transport from Nice Airport to Monaco?

The 6 VIP guests for the helicopter transport will be selected by the ApeCoin Foundation.

7. How and where would the ApeCoin branding be placed on the helicopter?

This needs to be aligned with the helicopter company on the details. We will try to maximize visibility while ensuring it complies with the security requirements and the policies of the helicopter company.

We have not decided on all the keynote speakers yet, but MO will definitely be a speaker. Typically, we decide on the speaking content 2 months before the event. We are open to the ApeCoin Foundation proposing the keynote speaker or content, as it is up to the Foundation to make the final choice.

11. As per the ApeCoin General Guidelines, “proposals will not be put up for vote if they involve illegal activity, hate speech, pornographic material, or are at odds with the mission or values of the APE Foundation.” Can you ensure that the content displayed and presented during this event would be in keeping with these guidelines?

Yes, we can ensure that all content displayed and presented during the event will be in line with the ApeCoin General Guidelines. We are committed to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant event that reflects the values and mission of the ApeCoin Foundation.
