Abstract
This AIP is a TEST to demonstrate the process of sending an AIP through DAO mandated phases, including to the Special Council, and to the Cayman Islands Foundation Administration Company, WebSlinger. There would be no direct impact from the outcome of this vote.

Motivation
To test the workflow with newly elected administrators and the community facilitating our Governance Process.
Rationale
To ensure the AIP process still works properly now that the previous administrators have finished transitioning ownership of key accounts to the new administrators.
Specifications
This AIP Test will move at an expedited pace during a one week period, which is not standard. This Test should move from the Idea Phase, to Draft, on to AIP Analysis, then to Administrative Review, the outcome of which should be “Returned for Clarification” by the Special Council. The proposal will be Withdrawn by the authors and Moderators after being returned.
Steps to Implement
The current Discourse Moderators, Administrators and Special Council will move this AIP Test at an expedited rate through the AIP process.

As soon as possible.
Overall Cost
There is no overall cost to the DAO.
