Abstract:
This AIP is a TEST to demonstrate the process of sending an AIP through DAO mandated phases, including to the Special Council, and to the Cayman Islands Foundation Administration Company, WebSlinger. There would be no direct impact from the outcome of this vote.

Motivation:
To test the workflow with newly elected administrators and the community facilitating our Governance Process.
Rationale:
To ensure the AIP process still works properly now that the previous administrators have finished transitioning ownership of key accounts to the new administrators.
Specifications:
This AIP Test will move at an expedited pace during a one week period, which is not standard. This Test should move from the Idea Phase, to Draft, on to AIP Analysis, then to Administrative Review, and “Approved for Vote” by the Special Council before finally moving to SnapShot for a Test Vote.
Steps to Implement
The current Discourse Moderators, Administrators and Special Council will move this AIP Test at an expedited rate through the AIP process. It would complete the AIP process leading up to SnapShot voting during this week, and conclude test voting on Wednesday March 15.
Timeline
As soon as possible. To conclude test voting March 15th at 6PM PST.
Overall Cost
There is no overall cost to the DAO.

The AIP implementation is administered by the Ape Foundation. Implementation may be immaterially or materially altered to optimize for security, usability, to protect APE holders, and otherwise to effect the intent of the AIP. Any material deviations from an AIP, as initially approved, will be disclosed to the APE holder community.
