Some notable things that happen this voting cycle:

  • We saw a significant increase in the number of voters, with 458 and 463 wallets participating this cycle, as compared to ~330 last cycle, and ~250 before that.
  • The total amount of $Ape used to cast a vote was ~15.8M per AIP, which isn’t as significant given the number of voters that participated and is on the lower end of total amount of $APE used during voting cycles.
  • The Paraspace Voting Strategy was used by a wallet and contributed 5.41 $APE in voting power for AIP-509, making it the 19th time is has ever been used since it was included (The Locked Up Strategy continues its streak of never been utilized by any voter).
  • The Made By Apes Delegate failed to reach Quorum
  • We added one more new delegate, bringing us to 298 Delegates, representing 1374 delegators (which is also up from 1341). However, in a recent post, we have determined that there are a substantial amount of Delegates who are not participating in voting.
