Ape Foundation request for Articles & Memo of Association (Consitution)

Hey ApeFam!

Does anyone have a link handy to Ape Foundation’s Articles of Association & Memo of Association documents?

I’ve been doing a mini-series on Foundation Companies, and I’d like to make my next part be a readthrough of Ape Foundation’s Constitution documents (Articles of Association & Memo of Association) as a comparison to Sandbox DAO and Star Atlas DAO’s Constitution documents. I haven’t been able to locate these through my own search. Please and thank you!

I’ve had lawyers on from Cayman Islands, even had our illustrious @ernestlee for Part 2! Check it out :slightly_smiling_face:

@Waabam are these documents able to be shared?

I have previously shared from other Foundations. For example:

M&A - Incorp - The ENS Foundation - 26 October 2021 (1).pdf (1.1 MB)

It is likely to be similar to this with certain terms changed to the specific needs of the Ape Foundation.

Btw you have a typo Constitution.

It has never been a public document for the Ape Foundation and I don’t believe there was an AIP to request this. Even if there was an AIP, they can choose to keep private if the Foundation deems this to be in the best interest of the Foundation.
