Many of my questions about Ape Foundation, Cayman and how the DAO is run circle back to what’s in its founding documents.
The Constitution and all other founding documents for the DAO should be in the FAQ section. The community should have the ability to view these and propose amendments on it based on the actual wording.
Transparency is the foundation for the success of decentralized ApeCoin DAO, or any DAOs. Without transparency and accountability the DAO will fall back into the normal corporate system with pyramid structures, CEO on the top. We would see how our elected SC could help us to carry out the decentralization process.
Well, hard to argue with this one. This would actually work with a well-read constituency like the current ApeCoin DAO regular contributors. What’s hilarious to me are other groups that have anything more than one-sentence “answers” in the FAQ section and people are like “nope, not gonna read all THAT” like it’s War & Peace or something.
