I support MemeBrains for Special Council. He’s a power contributor with an accomplished history both inside web3 and out. I’ve worked with him in the BanklessDAO AMA work stream and was inspired by his professionalism and his ability to deliver above and beyond the normal output, and think he would be a great contribution to the ApeCoin Special Council.

Hey team, I just wanted to drop a note in recommendation of @MemeBrains!

I first met him at a BanklessDAO community call, and he asked me to be a guest on his podcast for CityDAO. We had a great discussion and decided to run an in-person event together at ETH Toronto, DAO O’Clock.

Having worked with him in the past, I find him to be a diligent and aligned teammate. I enjoy his energy and enthusiasm, as well as his ability to get sh*t done.

He’s always talking to me about ApeCoin, so I definitely associate him with this DAO. I would trust him to be a good representative for the community, and he’s the first person I would speak to if I wanted to integrate myself or my projects into the ecosystem.

I have worked with Memebrains for over a year in CityDAO. He has single-handedly run the podcast while simultaneously contributing to multiple groups. I’ve known @MemeBrains for a while now. I met him during a large Twitter Space with Origami DAO, which focused on the differences between web2 and web3 Marketing. We hit off from there, and he gave me warm introductions to both the CityDAO and Krause House communities, and we jammed on several spaces afterwards.

There’s so much cross DAO collar opportunities on the table man…I know that’s been your forte too for the past year and more

I believe we can all work together throughout 2024 and make this the best year ever for the community!

One of the most important topics on my mind right now is to design an effective 60-day action plan to start on January 1st, 2024, to kick off the Special Council term with the best possible momentum.

So far the 60-day action plan will include:

• Meeting 1 on 1 with each of the 16 team members across SC, GWG, Facilitators, Marketing, & Metaverse, to clarify what they feel are their top challenges, and help position us all for strong teamwork towards support and solutions
• Hosting public feedback sessions to gather direct community input on top concerns, then organize those top concerns in a publicly posted priority list
• Assisting expenses to identify opportunities for increase efficiency
• Reviewing our legal processes to also identify potential room for increases efficiency
• Talking with my contacts at other DAOs to identify multiple cross community initiatives
• Designing and directly engaging in a recruitment campaign to attract more good builders from the ecosystem into the Mentorship program recently designed by @AllCityBAYC and the GWG team
• Assessing every process in the DAO in order to find and implement methods to retain and attract new members, and overall aim to double participation in the DAO
