I believe this is a very good idea. From experience my guess is that most people just look at what the everyone else is voting and go for the one with most votes, without reading the full proposal.

I agree with you on this. I would probably spend more time reading the proposal before voting if this is implemented.

I read through each carefully, although I am fast reader. Most people active on the forums are I think, so it is the voters that need to be informed about the information provided.
