Current data space usage must be looked into and next reality:
All major offices have been reducing its spaces, not due to past pandemic, but to realisation on saving money plus seeing how so many jobs can be BETTER done from a private home style office or micro renting space if needed, but covered with salary increments versus company budget
most desirable rented working spaces in biggest cities are 25-35 % empty
-most desirable buildings floors and newest ones with all needed are barely 20% sold in most and already post construction , not even pre construction
community working spaces wework style has terrible reputation as purely managed by mostly man promoting toxic culture , we just keep hearing lawsuit buss
the most desirable community gathering need constant sponsorship and way to include easy access and even those not fully filled up, events WEB3 related had some good susses in Boston area due top a lot of developers here, but its not community narrow focus only and invites mostly actual hackathon participants, developers and other professionals excluding complete self promotion and not founders focused ever
if you can make virtual space where you can make sure that there is an inclusivity compliance & no self promotion plus constant developers help and talk - that would be great
What circles you feel like you can bring to the table outside twitter bubble?
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the current trends in office spaces and the considerations for our ApeCoin DAO Founders Circle initiative. Your insights into the evolving landscape of workspaces are certainly valuable, and appreciate your concerns. Allow me to address your points and shed light on how we can take this situation to the DAO benefit.
As mentioned earlier in the discussion with @Jimbol and others, I understand and agree with the points you’ve raised about the rise of remote work and the changing landscape of physical office spaces. In fact, our proposal aligns with this evolving reality in a strategic manner.
We recognize the potential in reaching out to high-end companies that are currently embracing remote work, seeking opportunities to foster in-person collaboration and engagement.
Imagine a scenario where these companies, despite having remote teams, still value the importance of bringing their employees together occasionally for company-wide events, workshops, and collaborative sessions. Our aim is to position the ApeCoin DAO Founders Circle as a destination that fulfills this need – a hub where such high-end companies can collab events with us learn about the DAO, web3, Otherside, those events will be with educational materials and will be available in website for the world-wide community. And on top of that, we will bring a co-working space.
If you have any further thoughts or suggestions, please feel free to share.

Hi ApeCoin DAO Community,
Our team has reviewed and discussed @MisterHype’s AIP Draft and have sent a list of initial questions. We await answers.
Follow this Topic as further updates will be posted here in the comments.
Kind Regards,
What are the revenue projections? How much and by what method will you charge individuals and companies who use the space?
Hi ApeCoin DAO Community,
@MisterHype has responded to our questions and has provided consent to share them in this forum for the community.
1. Is the Ape Foundation expected to engage in any of the steps of the AIP implementation? If so, please specify the steps and elaborate on how it is expected to work.
The Ape Foundation is indeed expected to be directly involved in the AIP implementation steps, particularly concerning office locations, regulatory compliance, and the terms of activities. We will collaborate closely with the Ape Foundation to ensure alignment with the DAO’s guidelines and activities.
2. How will the team of 5-7 individuals forming the “core team” be selected?
Since the team is based on location, after the selection of the markets to build the offices (in our DAO), we will operate to select the team to operate those offices. We intend to open applications for interested individuals within the DAO community that want to operate in the located offices.
3. Regarding the “communication plan to inform ApeCoin DAO members of the new initiative and the benefits of participating,” what platforms will be used for these communications?
Most will be at the usual channels such as the future website and discourse, but as well the social media (Founders Circle account and ApeCoin account via published form), and direct communication with the community.
4. Since your website would require token holders to connect wallets, Is there a security audit plan in place, and will you share the audit report with the ApeCoin DAO?
Security is a top priority. Committed to conducting a comprehensive security audit before the platform’s launch and will make the audit report available to the ApeCoin DAO to ensure transparency and trust.
5. Do you have any estimated costs for users to use the platform’s features, or any premium features?
Both the online and offline platforms will be made available to community free of charge. The essence of the Founders Circle proposal is to strategically place ApeCoin DAO in selective locations, not as traditional offices, but as hubs to promote ApeCoin DAO and educate the local tech communities about our vision and processes. Regarding the virtual experience, those events will be recorded and share on education hub on the founders circle website.
As for the co-working space aspect of the proposal complements the broader goal connected to the local community as well a hub for the DAO members when they need a working space for them.
The primary goal is to remove financial barriers, ensuring that aspiring entrepreneurs, tech enthusiasts, and community members can access valuable resources, co-working spaces, educational events, and networking opportunities without incurring any costs. This commitment to accessibility underscores the Founders Circle’s dedication to inclusivity, collaboration, and the growth of the ApeCoin ecosystem, making it an open and welcoming environment for all.
6. Would your expectation be to keep complete and full ownership of content produced from this proposal?
Content created as part of educational materials or events will be considered community assets.
7. How will you proceed in 2027 If additional funding is not secured?
In the event that additional funding is not secured in 2027, the Founders Circle will not have the mandate to continue operations representing ApeCoin DAO or providing educational services on behalf of the DAO. However, I believe that the value and benefits the initiative brings to the DAO will be widely recognized within the community and the industry. This recognition may lead to a community mandate to sustain and continue the initiative in the years to come.
8. There is a discrepancy in your 2024 Headcount Budget: for example, your 2024 Headcount states $432,000 but the totals add up to $309,000. Would you like to adjust this prior to moving to Administrative Review?
Attached is the correct budget, please @Facilitators update AIP-321:
[see AIP edit history for graphics update]
9. Do you provide consent to share these questions and answers with the community in this forum?
