INTRFAC3 is a digital engagement platform that revolutionizes loyalty programs by combining tech-embedded products with a social platform, allowing brands to seamlessly connect with customers, reward engagement, and build thriving communities.

Over the last two years, INTRFAC3 has had successful collaborations with WEB3 projects such as NFT.NYC, Neo Tokyo, World of Women, and JRNY Club. Building upon past successes INTRFAC3 is now onboarding new projects and partnerships faster than ever before and we are excited for the opportunity to onboard more ApeCoin projects.

INTRFAC3 proposes to integrate ApeCoin into its platform, enhancing customer engagement by rewarding users with ApeCoin for their interactions with SHARETECH-enabled products. A core component of this proposal is to allow any previously passed AIP or ApeCoin-related company to integrate their products with INTRFAC3 at no SaaS cost for the first full year of service. This offer will stand for the next three years, providing these projects with the ability to seamlessly integrate ApeCoin rewards into their customer engagement strategies.

Additionally, INTRFAC3 will set aside $5,000 for product creation and allocate $1,000 in ApeCoin for each of the first ten partners who onboard with us to use for their consumer rewards. This fund is designed to kickstart the adoption of INTRFAC3 and promote the use of ApeCoin as a central reward mechanism, empowering projects to offer a compelling incentive for customer engagement. By leveraging the INTRFAC3 platform, these projects will enhance their reach and branding, amplifying ApeCoin’s role as a utility token within real-world and digital experiences.

This proposal aims to strengthen the ApeCoin ecosystem by supporting projects already committed to boosting ApeCoin, offering them the tools and incentives to drive customer loyalty and extend the utility of ApeCoin across their platforms. Through this initiative, INTRFAC3 will not only grow its own ecosystem but also help existing AIP projects achieve greater visibility and engagement, reinforcing ApeCoin’s brand and expanding its real-world use cases.

INTRFAC3 will leverage the integration with ApeCoin not only within its digital platform but also by attending key tech and branding conventions to drive business onboarding and consumer awareness. As part of this initiative, we will showcase ApeCoin-related products and ApeCoin-branded missions at conventions like CES and others. This will allow us to demonstrate the real-world utility of ApeCoin in customer engagement. By highlighting select products from our ApeCoin clients that best represent the ApeCoin community and INTRFAC3’s capabilities, we will create a buzz around the platform and attract more mid-sized businesses both in web3 and web2 natives to join the ecosystem.

Additionally, this proposal is being designed in mind as the first major step into bridging the gap between MBAs and ApeChain. The Ape Foundation is not expected to engage directly in the implementation of this AIP. INTRFAC3’s team will independently manage all development, operations, and onboarding processes outlined in the proposal.

However, we’d like to collaborate closely with the Foundation to ensure alignment with the broader ApeCoin community’s goals and vision. This includes providing quarterly progress updates, offering full transparency into our development milestones, and incorporating feedback from the ApeCoin DAO throughout the process.

We also welcome the Foundation’s insights and input, particularly in promoting the partnership to the ApeCoin ecosystem and connecting us with any projects or initiatives that could benefit from integration with INTRFAC3, although this would be purely optional. INTRFAC3 was founded in late 2023 with the goal of creating a platform that bridges the gap between brands and consumers by combining physical products with interactive digital experiences. The platform leverages NFC-embedded technology, gamified brand engagement, and user rewards to enhance customer loyalty and provide actionable data for brands.

Our team has built INTRFAC3 with a focus on security, leveraging over two decades of experience in information technology and Web3. Notably, our CTO, Chris Esquibel, developed the ERC-721b contract, which improved gas efficiency for minting NFTs and demonstrated his ability to design secure and scalable systems.

To date, there have been no security exploits or breaches in our systems. While the platform remains in beta, we are committed to implementing robust security measures and conducting regular audits to maintain the integrity of our technology.

  1. Since your app would require token holders to connect wallets, what are the plans for security audits of the app?

Currently, INTRFAC3 does not require token holders to connect wallets directly. Our aspiration is to provide custodial wallets for platform experiences, removing the need for users to manage private keys or expose wallet signatures. If ApeCoin is used as a reward mechanism, it will be distributed through an airdrop system, allowing users to provide wallet addresses securely without exposing them to transactional risks.

As we scale, we plan to conduct security audits for all platform code, including wallet-related features. These audits will be carried out by reputable third-party firms to ensure the highest levels of security. Additionally, we apply version pinning for all dependencies, ensuring only verified releases are deployed to production.

  1. If you have already begun auditing the platform, please provide proof of the audit(s).

The platform is still in its early beta phase, and we have not yet initiated formal audits. As we approach a public release, we aim to engage a trusted third-party auditor to assess the platform’s codebase, security protocols, and data handling processes.   1. Do you have plans to protect any collected user data? Please elaborate.

Protecting user data is a top priority for INTRFAC3, and we are implementing several measures to ensure its safety:

  • Hard Drive Encryption: All sensitive information stored on INTRFAC3 systems will be encrypted to protect data at rest.

  • Encrypted Transmission: Communication between the application and database will use industry-standard protocols like TLS to safeguard data in transit.

  • Data Segmentation: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and sensitive user details will be stored separately from administrative and analytics data, minimizing risks in the event of a breach.

  • Access Controls: Strict access policies will be enforced, with administrative privileges granted only to authorized personnel. All access will be monitored and logged for transparency.

Yes, we are fully committed to ensuring that all content on the INTRFAC3 platform aligns with the mission and values of the APE Foundation. We will implement the following measures to maintain a safe and appropriate environment:

  • Partner Vetting: All brand partners and campaigns will be vetted for legitimacy and compliance with platform guidelines. Partners engaging in inappropriate or unethical behavior will be removed.

However, we remain flexible and open to collaborative efforts, such as co-branded content or campaigns where joint ownership might be appropriate.   1. Will INTRFAC3 primarily be a web app, or will it also be available for mobile?

INTRFAC3 will primarily remain a web app to ensure maximum accessibility and ease of use for both brands and consumers. It is, however, a progressive web app, usable both on desktop and mobile! By focusing on a browser-based platform, we can streamline onboarding and maintain a consistent user experience across a wide range of devices. While native mobile applications are part of our long-term roadmap, our priority is to establish a robust and accessible web app that meets the needs of the ApeCoin community and our partners.

  1. How many ApeCoin-branded missions should the community expect from the INTRFAC3 team?

The ApeCoin-branded missions would necessitate delegated action and collaboration with an ApeCoin representative to ensure alignment with the DAO’s objectives. We anticipate being able to fulfill our proposal in its entirety with the budget we have requested, and have taken the opportunity to not over request funds. After the first year of complementary platform subscriptions for ApeCoin-related projects, we estimate the following costs for continued access:

  • Basic Plan: Free (limited to core features and capped quest creation).

  • Pro Plan: Estimated at $59 per month plus $0.50 per active user. Includes additional customization options, advanced metrics, expanded quest types, and access to exclusive brand hub features.

  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing, determined on a case-by-case basis based on the number of users and specific needs. This plan will include premium API integrations, advanced data dashboards, custom branding, and support for complex activations like geo-fenced quests and large-scale campaigns.

These costs are designed to align with the value brands derive from the platform, ensuring affordability while supporting long-term sustainability and growth. This is still subject to change overtime and with changing markets.
