Depends on the type of event, personally I don’t like casual events to be recorded or at least only record parts especially as some people might be happy to doxx on a one to one basis but not want to be blasted over the Internet for anyone to see.

I initially just planned this to be casual meet-up but not an official side-event, so was just going to pick a spot and meet there.
There are a couple of Hong Kong Ape-initiated side-events that I am aware of.
I’ll look into how to submit the DAO dimsum meet-up into the list of events!

This did get approved and the phase 1 was successful (All City (Governance Steward), Balou (UK Apes) and Jason (Elite Apes) have all approved blank samples.

I would like your inputs on finalizing the design. I spoke to many community members, some of whom have experience in designing merch for their communities. At the end of these discussions, the broad principal in coming up with potential designs was to design something simple (but high quality) with near universal appeal instead of something edgy or trendy, which many may not like.
