I do what I say I will do. You have met me in real life and online, I am the same passionate person. Together we will be strong. I value each one you, and your voices deserve to be heard. Just like the courage I had to go on stage at APEFEST in front of thousands, I will have the courage to speak up for each one of you.

Being an active member in the DAO, I noticed that new members have a challenge with tech, language, and memes/jargon coming from different areas of the globe.

In addition, there were talented passionate individuals that were not outspoken like the nominees who have the confidence to speak publicly.

I wanted to represent their voices.

One bright day in the DAO Discord voice channel, we were discussing ideas with @Lost @0xAndy.eth and @swickie and Lost has advised me that he is a delegate and starting a delegate is a good way to make a difference.

So that day I started the journey with a goal of 10k and making sure smaller voices get heard.

i3, someone who is charismatic, dedicated towards a cause and focusing towards a fixed goal; i.e to make every smaller voices get heard is spot on <3

I really think Buuvei will make an epic Special Council member coz his goal is straight and to the core, since Apecoin DAO isnt made out of whales but with every single holder who holds $ape and actively take part in voting. With his IRL experience and activities in the DAO, he is for sure more than capable of judging whats in the best interest of the DAO.

Hi @buuvei, I am asking all candidates the following same questions:

If elected, what is the one item you feel passionate about and would like to see accomplished during your tenure within the DAO?

What is an area of expertise that you will be bringing to the table?

Are there any factors in your life that may limit your time and ability to serve? (Running a business, extensive traveling, secret agent for the SEC, etc…)

What is your least favorite thing right now with our DAO in its current state?

Currently, many of the proposals are determined by large wallets, there are many grumblings about it though I stand neutral on this; if possible, would you change this? and if so, how and why?

Will you be an active participant in the DAO even if unelected?

If elected, what is the one item you feel passionate about and would like to see accomplished during your tenure within the DAO?

Will set the main structure for Strategic planning. What this means is, we will have everything set from the Vision to Strategies to get there, to KPIs and Action plans to achieve them, on paper. When this is set, members of the DAO have an objective view of the roles. And the benefit of setting up this infrastructure is when new members get elected, they have clear objectives.

What is an area of expertise that you will be bringing to the table?

Strategic planning and Business Development

Are there any factors in your life that may limit your time and ability to serve?

I will be committing full time for this role.

What is your least favorite thing right now with our DAO in its current state?

There is no clear path or direction, and strategic planning solves that with defined and measurable goals. This is mainly due to rotating roles and duration, because each new person may start an initiative. Main advantage of strategic planning is that it is a system, once the foundation is set, new elected members can use it to funnel their initiatives.

The more important question is how do I make sure the smaller voices get heard. To make this happen, we started a new delegate to serve DAO members who may not be outspoken like the nominees, and want an active voice in the DAO to represent them.

I got to know Buuvei over months early in the DAO - both through extended conversations and through his work with ApeCoin through his many Thank APE contributions. What I noticed - both in his words and actions - is his intense commitment to the DAO, and his capability across many areas of contribution. He cares, and it’s authentic. He isn’t here for the money, a title, or fanfare. He’s here because he cares and he wants to make this community better. I’m a big fan, and we’re better as a community because he’s here.

Questions for the last round of Councils election :ballot_box: voting period:

  1. How do you planing to overcome the drive for personal leadership behavior and focus on the working under the leadership of the community?
  2. What worker behaviors if any were missing in the previous SCs & how you can implement the timing dedication to the DAO?
  3. how many languages do you speak and how you used that if anyhow at your previous jobs?
  4. Are you planning to fully working for us and leave any full time job to mind currently have or big projects or running any company of if currently have?
  5. Where do you draw the line between WEB2 companies and out WEB3 DAO?
  6. Is anything preventing you from traveling?
  7. Do you have a 1 year plan? And Imagine If you become like a real “miss/mister DAO” for a year that has to dedicate 24/7 their mind to us meanwhile - can you & your family handle the stress plus pressure?
  8. How do you take care of yourself, making sure that your body has a proper rest and care so your mind can be focus on the DAO? How is your daily proper routine?

  1. Making sure smaller voices get heard is literally my motto, if community succeeds, I succeed

  2. All 5 SC members have to be aligned to in terms of measurable Objectives so they may all work together to achieve them.

  3. Three. Language is key to searching information and obtaining data.

  4. Fully.

  5. Whichever company has a decentralized DAO.

  6. Can travel

  7. In one year, we have to establish the foundation of strategic planning, objectives, and the KPIs that accompany them.
