As an ApeCoin DAO OG and a firm believer in Progressive Decentralization, I am deeply committed to empowering the DAO and unlocking its fullest potential. I firmly believe that a successful DAO is built on collaboration, inclusivity, and a shared commitment to the greater good.
I am running for the position of Steward in the Governance Working Group because I recognize the critical role that effective governance plays in the success of any organization. I am eager to contribute my skills, expertise, and experience to ensure that the ApeCoin DAO’s governance processes are transparent, efficient, and aligned with the community’s vision.
I bring a unique perspective that will help continue to drive the DAO’s governance initiatives forward. I am well-versed in best practices for governance and have a keen eye for ensuring fairness, accountability, and transparency in decision-making processes.
By serving as a Steward, I am committed to fostering an environment where all community members have a voice and can actively participate in shaping the future of the DAO. My motivation to serve as a Governance Working Group Steward is driven by my unwavering belief in the transformative power of decentralized governance. I am deeply committed to actively shaping the future of the ApeCoin DAO and its community. Drawing upon my extensive experience in Web3 communities, where I have contributed feedback and authored multiple proposals, I fully understand the significance of community-driven decision-making processes.
I am dedicated to fostering an environment of transparency and efficiency within the DAO’s governance structure. By facilitating meaningful discussions and promoting consensus-driven outcomes, I aim to ensure that every community member has a voice and an opportunity to contribute to the DAO’s growth and progress. As a team, I am fully committed to continuing the advances made by our Working Groups and upholding the principles of transparency, accountability, and inclusivity in our governance practices to build a stronger and more resilient ApeCoin DAO.

I possess a deep understanding of our DAO’s guiding principles, the intricacies of the AIP process, and the overall organizational structure.
Having immersed myself in decentralized decision-making, I am well-versed in the importance of diverse perspectives and inclusive dialogue. I excel in effectively communicating complex ideas and actively listening to community members, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued. In terms of relevant experience, I have actively participated in several DAOs since 2021 (Friends with Benefits, Seed Club, Forefront, Coinvise), been a part of the core teams at multiple Web3 communities (Jadu A/R, ExpansionPunks, Proof SubParliaments) all of which have provided me with the experience and understanding of best practices and industry trends. Further, I have contributed to their governance proposals, provided feedback on governance-related matters, and have actively engaged in voting and multi-sig processes.
I have earned a Trust Level 3 with 345 consecutive days active in our Discourse and have gone through the AIP process several times - ApeComms (AIP-142, AIP-175), ApeCoinIRL (AIP-64 & AIP-226), Working Group Charter (AIP-246) - which I believe make me one of the most experienced candidates for this role.
Moreover, my understanding of the ApeCoin DAO’s infrastructure, its governance mechanisms, and its community dynamics positions me well to contribute meaningfully to the Governance Working Group.

DAO-First Mindset: I am a true team player, always willing to roll up my sleeves and tackle whatever challenges come our way. “Not my job” is not in my vocabulary, and I am always looking for ways to contribute to the success of the DAO. I am committed to putting the DAO’s interests first, and to do whatever it takes to help us achieve our goals.
Institutional Knowledge: Having earned Discourse Trust Level 3, I have a deep understanding of the ApeCoin DAO’s infrastructure and a profound appreciation for the hard work that has gone into building it. I have been an active member of the community for 345 consecutive days and have built a broad understanding of our historical DNA. This puts me in an excellent position to collaborate with other team members, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive the Governance Working Group forward.
Strong Understanding of the AIP Process: I have helped countless new members find their way around Discourse for almost a year, have provided feedback on numerous AIPs, and assisted authors with their ideas and drafts. I have authored several AIPs myself and have experienced both the “thrill of victory” and the “agony of defeat” on Snapshot. As a result, I have a deep understanding of the AIP process and the critical role it plays in the DAO’s success.
In addition to my commitment to the DAO’s success, I possess excellent written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. I am patient, empathetic, and able to actively listen and provide constructive support. I am available full-time and have the flexibility to monitor the community and respond to issues as they arise, ensuring that I am always here to support the Team, the Admins, the Special Council, the Working Groups and the valued members of the DAO.
