When I look at this very important positions - It comes to my mind what went wrong with so many amazing legitimate projects & WEB3 DEFI developments, where they hired basic influencers or believed that someones skills mind be transferable in any capacity into our WEB3 realm. which end up on those hired folks not only not deliver the promises but really affected the entire communities in very negative non endemic vibe, Because they were not efficient in any of WEB3 development or even part of it, didnt ever deploy anything and don’t know how its works, do not understand that you can NOT bridge non native or initiation stages non WEB3 communities by shilling promos; on top there were so MUCH conflict of interests, where those hires just prioritises their WEB2 contracts & projects not related to that new positions.
Imagine trying to bridge the selfie insta followers to the suddenly some twitch /youtube streaming or OG ATARI hardware 50-60 years old folks to the WEB3 Atari XR NFT collectible cuties - you will be “banned” from their physical space & most of them don’t even have a touch screen phone, forget about LIDAR scanner of the new smartphones capabilities. And the new “influencer” cant even explain it because he doesn’t even know what abbreviation of basic LASER means.
(For the record it means: Light Amplification Simulate Emission of Radiation, meaning the with of the used in it Chrystal and its wave speed passing From side to side - bounces many times and combines with itself on the point of the wave Amplitude and this way making its stronger and powerful with shorter repetitions that becomes powerful/amplifies itself and after this extreme molecule movement the emission of that radiation is happening though one of the sides.)
From the other point we need to look into the persons knowledge & alignments:
-Knowledge in DEFI & WEB3 technology
-Can they align with developers on their language
-Do they understand that actual composure needed for different groups versus just shill things or share some believes of “MAYBE” without knowing how to build anything or ever deploy anything DEFI or WEB3
-Do they have another job? - so why us and now and what on earth at all…

-10 or 20 h jobs its usually always more, any supposed part time, how can you prioritise us vs your public appearances/streams/you life/your product promos/self learning life experiences if we never were your life or number one?
At my first Microsoft certification job i had that guy, that only looked for little events with cameras to participate and be mentioned in some department just for being there ones, he never accomplished anything onboarded no one of found any funding or collaboration , he was just vibing an talking about feeling and empty awesomeness. He soon was out.
My fist job at Apple was at the physical huge location as escalation tech pro at the Genius Bar were I also took Joint Venture cases/companies escalations & other major support or deployments. Sometimes i had to take escalations on the sales side with activations and MDMs or company jailbroken non transferable/upgradable devises, and i got to know so many folks on a product side or store side; some of them if not majority just wanted to do a season and say “I worked in Apple” 15 h a week or so, while learning zero in many cases. I always encouraged them to go deeper or showed something cool that would help them to sell a correct devise and improve stats, an then maybe get rehired into a better role if they have those plus learning non missed opportunity.
Why im saying all this:
We need to know the intention and how determined the person is.
In my case i never stoped learning. Besides my extensive certifications which is sure great and my DEFI & WEB3 experiences, i am a part of many blockchain clubs and WEB3 guilds plus testing/building communities, also practiced with many chains and deployments, part of many WEB3 beta apps/platform version before public launch.
What helps me to continue uniting people is my ability of alignment with different cultures and type of folks from different backgrounds.
Besides i speak several international languages, including my native Spanish as Spaniard, I lived at different not only countries but continents for work or family where i embraced the culture from Asia to EU to USA, I studies in different counties too.
I sold 2 little companies and helped startups with launch before and obviously know how to sell all kind of product from digital to more physical related. I was famous as a kid on national TV, as a teenage DJ, as a pro snowboarder, Did huge events in USA working as contractor for several mostly tech or med/tech companies and now I’m speaking at all the related events, doing my own and WEB3 conferences. Some places required suit, some equipment & sponsors, some was haft time sport and tech set up to the proper wear and hills.
And at the end one of the most important things is that I was here from day zero. I grow up with this DAO and parallel to it, I cant think about anything really what i speak on stage or go to some fancy company style event, I always mention out token and find ways how it can be used.
If its an NFT event or game developer or DEFI development - I just tell them how out Apecoin can be used and how its can help and what a great collaboration it can be!
At my last speech at ETHDENVEr this year at just talked about our DAO & token and when i came down from the stage I had people surrounding me and forming a line to know more and how to be a part of it. I was invited for extra events and app developers private dinners & homes to know more. And this was not enough!
After the main coupe weeks of the conference I went to 2 weeks retrieve , second part of the event to Breckenridge, where all VC & whales plus all OG hackers came. I rented the big penthouse apartment of the hotel with salon and fireplace and hosted 3 days consecutive event. People were coming in and out of my apartment days and evening and deep into the night!
Apecoin was amain topic! obviously!
I still have all those connections and we still all in touch , many came to BOston for here major USA Blockchain events. I also virtually attended conferences , hackathons and meetings across the globe this year bringing the Apecoin into the topic an the DAO.
As mostly in boston I have the direct access to major blockchain organisations and events. I would like to utilise my connections for the DAO as official employee
