I really appreciate the time you took to design this idea, to write it up, and to keep us all fed well

Couple little feedback points that came up as I read through;

The purpose of the abstract statement is to provide a simple, clear summary of the AIP, maybe it’s just me however I needed to re-read this a few time and read the rest as well to properly understand exactly what your vision is, how it benefits the DAO and how it all works etc. If/when this goes to vote, it’ll be likely very helpful for you to condense this Abstract and have it be more crystal clear.

In short, this feedback I think applies to the rest of your AIP as well. Your AIP is FILLED with passion, I can really get a sense about how much you care about this project and seeing it through to success. All I’m suggesting is some tweaking to be more easy to read, and a bit less marketing tonality. Hope that makes sense and comes across as constructive feedback?

How many DAO members get fed for this budget? What’s the application/selection process? And when would food hit the tables?? I’m hungry haha just wanna know how long I’d have to wait

What are you proposing with the Beta Testing? Is this a sort of IRL taste test? Or an initial shipment batch for people to taste? Or other? If this is a test, then how does your feedback gathering process look?

Also, do you have any pre-orders lined up so far?

And finally, how does $APE token utility play into this? Can you describe if/how $APE is incorporated into the ordering process? Maybe I missed this in your writeup.

Thanks for the feedback . We are passionate and while good points I’m uncertain if we could make edits at this point. it may have gotten a bit lengthy as the aip template changed part way through our process.

Seriously bummed about scheduling and that we were unable to attend apefest and share food at the Bodega but in NYC we have a strong community and get together regularly cross pollinating with othe NFT communities IRL and hope to have a smallish gathering to share product soon.

at the moment there is a gift box sampler on the site which is available to pay for with eth $ape or Credit card. No pre order as of yet as our marketing engine is just getting fired up.

Can you provide more details about the unique selling points of each product in BETA Test 1? How do they cater specifically to the preferences of the Ape community?
Your proposal mentions targeting larger cities initially for delivery. What is the long-term strategy for expanding the market reach and ensuring accessibility to a wider audience of Apes?
How does Pancho’s Poppin Foods differentiate itself from existing food delivery services, especially those not catering specifically to the Ape community?
In light of the recent update from the Ape Foundation regarding revenue/equity, are you contemplating integrating it with the DAO either presently or in the future?

We are offering a variety of foods based on a number of traits like Pancho’s signature Bubble gum will be branded and available with a variety of easy to grab snack foods, Gourmet soups and seafood drop shipped and ready to pop in the oven or heat on stovetop.

Drop shipping will be available on day 1 in USA. We will work toward making some products available via door dash in larger markets NY LA Chicago etc. as we grow. and into other international markets as we scale.

Pancho’s Poppin Foods will reach out within the Made by Apes community and Yuga to provide for Official events where apes gather and embody #apestogetherstrong ethos to support othe ape brands and provide ready to eat foods at events as opportunities present themselves within the ecosystem.

We stand out as a brand through our fun approach and unique story creating healthy foods for events as well as drop ship and delivery. We have a strong lineup of potential products and packaging we are exploring in a fun way that I’m not able to discuss, but as an artist myself, have endless ideas for packages and gift boxes and ways of presenting food. I believe food is art and @JENEFOODS is a world class Chef and James Beard award winner. Between us there are numerous pathways to present quality foods in fun ways …let us cook

In regards to equity share and the current discussion surrounding returning value to the Dao, I would hope to grow a successful company that could reach beyond the ape community and onboard people into the Dao. Is the Ape Foundation expected to engage in any of the steps of the AIP implementation? If so, please specify the steps and elaborate on how it is expected to work.

We do not believe that there is any additional “work” we require the Ape Foundation to do other than to buy eat and enjoy our food.

If this path is pursued we have a qualified dev to write and audit contracts, we welcome any other members of community to act as additional security audit and/or advisor

Would you require a licensing agreement for the use of the ApeCoin logo for the implementation of this proposal?

We plan on applying for Made by Apes license to be included in the larger ape community and form collaborative relationships to both market and create synergy amongst ape brands, we would also like to use ApeCoin logo on the website.

Is the payment of $75,000 requested in your AIP to be paid in full, or based on accomplishing the key milestones/beta tests?

We would prefer to receive $60,000 of the total paid asap to handle up front costs to roll out beta test 1. we could prove our concepts with and follow with additional 15k for 2nd beta test.

We feel its essential to cross pollinate with other ape brands as well as bring in “Norms through fun engagement! Pancho is creating Content with children and others on the street as well as working to produce short form content based around food.

The Hospitality Industry is also known as The “Service Industry”. ( food, beverage)

Pancho Poppins Foods is a company created to be of Service to the Ape Community, and in particular, to be of service in feeding the community. Pancho Poppins is creating delicious meals and products that will nourish the Ape Community. Our hope is that we have alignment with the Ape Foundation and Community, and the understanding is that we are going to do and make and serve for our fellow Ape Community members. The expectation is that the Ape Foundation will support our efforts by purchasing our products using Ape coins or $$$, and appreciate that what we are cooking for this community will convey our spirit of hospitality, service and conviviality.
