This AIP proposes a novel approach for ApeChain development by prohibiting the use of a traditional Request for Proposal (RFP) process and instead coordinating a consolidated voting period for multiple existing ApeChain proposals. The simultaneous voting, scheduled for a two-week period at the end of January 2024, is designed to expedite decision-making and maximize community participation in this pivotal development phase.

RATIONALE:

The ApeCoin DAO is currently considering multiple proposals for the ApeChain project, indicating a healthy interest and diverse innovation.
