1. Regarding the Reporting Expectations section, we recommend providing some guidance for the community to consider for reviewing the impact of this proposal in the future. I.E. “The expectation is that this proposal would be implemented by the DAO’s administrative team. The community should regularly review the impact of this proposal. If accepted, the administration and the community should review the impact of the updates after the 3-month period for conflict ends.”
The expectation is that this proposal would be implemented by the team responsible for the approved AIP or Banana Bill funding, and overseen by the DAO’s administrative team to ensure the core elements are put in place. The intention is to have very little -if any- work required by the DAO’s administrative team outside of general oversight and basic Q&A by the approved AIP/Banana Bill team.
As the core elements of the proposal are very simplistic in nature (see Public Bored example at Build with $APE - The Public Bored) the intention is also to have very little work required by the approved AIP/Banana Bill team.
No aspect of this proposal should reasonably cause delays on the approved project or require substantial funding in order to complete. The case example of The Public Bored’s Build with $APE page was a few hours work with a single promo video for added fun.
2. For proposals with funding requests that do not entail the creation of a website for the successful implementation of their AIP, do you suggest any alternative measures to achieve the ends listed in this proposal, or would all authors be expected to create a web page to satisfy this proposal’s requirements?
This proposal would only apply to projects which have a website. If a project receives funding from the DAO or from the Banana Bill and does not have a website, it would be exempt from this proposal.
