FREE LOR3LORD Videos For MBAs, AIP Authors, Ape Chain Builders, Mocas, & Delegates
TEAM DESCRIPTION:
LOR3LORD holds MBA License #00148 for a media and events company, and has hosted hundreds of X Spaces, created dozens of videos for AIP’s, DAO Candidates, the Governance Working Group, and has just completed Ape U Cohort 1 Fellowship Program.

PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION:
This proposal will provide a total of 60 LOR3LORD videos over the course of 30 weeks for MBA’s, AIP Authors, Ape Chain Builders, and Moca’s at no out of pocket cost to them.
This will include:
- 12 Videos Allocated For MBAs
- 12 Videos Allocated For AIP Authors
- 12 Videos Allocated For Ape Chain Builders
- 12 Videos Allocated For Moca Community Members
- 12 Videos For Delegates
These videos will be used to advertise MBA products and services, bring attention to AIP’s, promote what is being built on ApeChain, highlight community efforts in the Moca ecosystem, and provide information on how to join various delegates.
Those interested in a video will need to fill out an application to ensure they are active members of the DAO and are promoting a legitimate business or service. Preference will be given to applicants who are able to demonstrate active participation in the DAO via Discource, Discord, the ApeChain Telegram, MBA Licensing, X Groups, Posts, and Spaces.

Once an applicant has been accepted, they will be given a video promo questionnaire to determine their client category, main ideas they would like to cover, call to action, and any assets they would like used in the video.

BENEFIT TO APECOIN ECOSYSTEM:
LOR3LORDs videos are a legendary part of the APE Ecosystem. These videos have been used by AIP Authors, MBA’s, and the Governance Working Group to help craft and deliver quick, fun, and entertaining messaging to their audience.
These videos will allow AIP Authors, ApeChain Developers, MBAs, Moca Community Members, and Delegates to get a LOR3LORD video at no out of pocket cost to them.
Exposure for AIP Authors
12 videos will be allocated for AIP Authors. These videos will be used to help promote their live AIP and provide more detailed information about their proposal, its impact on the DAO, and encourage voting.
Exposure for Ape Chain Developers
12 videos will be allocated for Ape Chain Developers to promote what they are building on Ape Chain. These videos encourage users to participate in the DApps and resources that are being developed on chain with a specific focus on those who have received funding from the Banana Bill.
Exposure for MBAs
12 videos will be allocated for MBAs. Many MBAs have been funded by the DAO. These videos will be used to promote the products and services they offer, drive traffic to their sites, and encourage buyers to use ApeCoin for their purchases.
Exposure for Moca:
12 videos will be allocated for the Moca Community. These videos will be used to promote Community Spaces, Moca Initiatives, Community Events, and individual community member projects.
Exposure for Delegates:
12 videos will be allocated for Delegates. These videos will be used to explain what their Delegation is about, give insight into their mission statement, encourage new folks to join their delegation, and explain how new members can get involved.
All videos will be provided at no out of pocket cost to AIP Authors, Ape Chain Developers, MBAs, Moca Community Members, and Delegates. Any categories that have unclaimed videos will be distributed amongst applicants from other categories.
Additionally, all videos will have a tag at the end explaining that these ads were made possible by funds from the DAO. Additional contact information for the client and the DAO will be found in either the description, or comments section of the video post.

Clients will also be given a list of best practices to follow to ensure the success of the video. These guidelines will be provided once the video has been produced and sent to the client.
STEPS TO IMPLEMENT:
- Purchase needed equipment and software to advance production development once the first 15% payout for equipment is received from the DAO.
- Release LOR3LORD Awesome Video Application (LAVA) Request Form.
- Reach out to AIP Authors, ApeChain Developers, MBA’s, and Moca Community Members to promote application and video opportunities.
- Send video promo questionnaire to successful applicants.
- Release two videos a week starting the first month following the AIP Passing.
Project will start the day the AIP is passed (presumably on or around November 15, 2024) and end 30 weeks later (presumably Wednesday June 11, 2025) or until all 60 videos are complete.
Milestones will include 2 videos a week or 8 videos per month.
The first 15% ($11,250) of funding will be needed within one week of the AIP passing to purchase equipment and subscriptions. The remaining 42.5% ($31,875) for outreach, application review, client interviews and research and 42.5% ($31,875) for production will be distributed in equal amounts, every two weeks, or after every 4 videos, until 60 videos have been completed.
The only request from the APE Foundation for help would be a simple retweet of video content if that is allowable.
REPORTING EXPECTATIONS:
Monthly reporting will be provided on Discourse, including but not limited to # of viewers and links to videos across all platforms including X and Youtube. Reports will be updated monthly videos will be uploaded weekly, for the duration of the partnership.
OVERALL COST:
Total amount requested from the ApeCoin Ecosystem Fund = $75,000
15%: Equipment including computers, microphones, soundproofing materials, recording equipment, memory cards, SRT file services($11,250).
42.5%: Production including script writing, audio recording, audio editing, SRT file development, graphic production, and video editing,($31,875).
42.5%: Research including application reviews, client interviews, content sourcing for pictures and videos ($31,875).
