He aims to build a bridge connecting Web 3.0 with traditional industries through his work in the trendy toy sector, bringing fresh energy and vitality to the Web 3.0 market. His wants to help people discover more joy in the Web 3.0 industry beyond just trading.

As a Special Council member and founder of the Chinese Ape Club and BAKC Group, her leadership continues to expand ApeCoin and ApeChain’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region.
Through partnerships with brands like Supreme, NTWRK, and J Balvin, Hazel has also been able to integrate ApeCoin/ApeChain/BAYC culture into mainstream retail, organizing pop-up stores and co-branded showcases raising our visibility in key markets. Furthermore, her extensive network across Asia, combined with being an advocate for Web3 at various academic institutions, gives her a significant leg up continuing to onboard new participants into the ecosystem and play a critical role in an official ApeCoin ecosystem expansion program.
PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this proposal is to launch a series of RWA building block toys within the APE COIN ecosystem, as well as to develop supporting RWA tools and a trading platform, thereby embarking on the exploration of the RWA pop toy market.
Our first series of products is expected to be sold globally, with an estimated total of around 2,000 units (exact number to be determined). This series will primarily feature Bored APE figures, along with characters from other IPs within the ecosystem. Each toy will embed an RWA chip to achieve the binding of on-chain NFTs and physical assets.
We believe that the development of blockchain has entered a new stage, where people will use this great technology to engage in more meaningful activities beyond just trading; hence, we have chosen RWA. We believe that IP and culture will become one of the most valuable parts of the Web 3.0 community, which is why we aim to bring IP to more users through RWA toys.
RWA Toys - This series of toys will be launched in the form of RWA assets, with each toy embedded with a cryptographic chip. Through our self-developed solution, we will achieve complete binding of the physical product and the on-chain asset. This chip solution utilizes asymmetric encryption technology, making it more secure than previous solutions, while also being applicable to more RWA projects at a more reasonable cost. Additionally, in subsequent phases, we plan to use RWA assets as an entry point into the Metaverse and virtual environments, bringing greater vitality to the products.

- We have an experienced product design team and a high-quality supply chain. From packaging to every component, we will pour our passion into presenting the best quality to everyone.
Platform and Tools
- The RWA supporting tools are an important part of our product. The main task of this tool is to scan the NFC chip within the product and bind it to the on-chain asset. This includes components such as the chip, mobile scanning software, contract support, and backend software. After development, it will be marketed as a solution, prioritizing the Ape Coin DAO community projects.
Phase 2:
Market Expansion
- Collaborate with more communities and brands to design and launch various forms of RWA toys.
- Traditional Channel Development: In addition to collaborating with Web3.0 brands and communities, we also place great importance on expanding traditional channels. In the second phase of the project, we will make the development of traditional online and offline channels a core KPI, allowing more people to engage with Web3.0 and the Ape Coin ecosystem through our products.

- RWA Trading Platform
Once we have launched the toys and accumulated a certain number of users through the RWA tools, we will initiate the third phase of our project: the RWA trading platform.
The platform will operate as a second-hand market combined with an NFT trading platform, offering two key features:
Collection - This essential feature for NFT trading platforms is rare in traditional physical transactions. Without digital identity IDs, managing products as collections is difficult. Our advantage lies in introducing collections for physical goods, which will increase price transparency and streamline transactions.
Approximate Location Tracking - Informing users of the product’s location at the country or city level, using shipping information tracking with the NFC tag without any GPS function in order to provide more convenience for users to buy products that are nearby. Users will also be able to hide this information when they list their items for sale on the platform.
BENEFIT TO APECOIN ECOSYSTEM:

Provide 2,000 Mini Ape RWA toys to the Ape Coin DAO community. Holders of Bored Ape NFTs, Mutant Apes, or a certain amount of Ape Coin will be eligible for a claim whitelist on a first-come, first-served basis.

15% of the Gross Revenue from the first collection will be returned to the APE DAO, and this revenue-sharing ratio will be maintained for future sales involving APE COIN IP to reward the APE DAO and community members for their support, the first distribution is expected to be done after the sales period of the collection is finished, which should be around May 2025.

This term refers to the integration of pop toys, originally existing only in the physical world, with virtual assets through blockchain technology. This allows these products to have both physical trading and tokenized trading attributes, creating greater possibilities for the convergence of real-world assets and the digital economy.

REPORTING EXPECTATIONS:
- Project progress will be managed through Notion, and we will grant relevant team members access to the management page.
- We will report our project updates during monthly meetings.
- Important project updates will also be shared on our Twitter and other social media platforms.
The first two reports will continue until the end of the ApeCoin support period, which is the completion of the previously mentioned milestone 4.
The third item will continue as long as we are still around.

Total amount requested from the ApeCoin ecosystem fund = $180,000 USD
Two tranches of funding have been requested:

- Milestone 2 achieved - The second payment of 30% ( 54,000 USD)
