TEAM DESCRIPTION:
AllCityBAYC is a Steward within the ApeCoinDAO Governance Working Group who has authored multiple AIPs and successful DAO-wide voting campaigns.
ABSTRACT:
The purpose of this proposal is to outline the framework for a voluntary, no-cost three-month pilot program aimed at pairing successful AIP authors with first-time (AIP) applicants to foster increased participation and enhance the overall quality of proposals submitted for voting.
AllCityBAYC will oversee the initiative independently, separate from the Governance Working Group, with the intention of presenting a proof-of-concept to the ApeCoinDAO community for further development once completed.

SPECIFICATIONS:
The AIP Ambassador & Mentorship Program will be operated outside of the the Governance Working Group scope by AllCityBAYC utilizing a scoring system to analyze, grade and determine qualifying proposals — which will not exceed two approved mentees every four weeks. A similar (grading) system will be implemented to compare the overall effectiveness of proposal iterations between the idea stage, when mentorships will begin, and final draft when they will finish.
Additional mentors may be added at any time, no previously successful AIP authors will qualify as mentees, and no mentor holding an active administration or management role with ApeCoinDAO will campaign or co-author mentee proposals.
Following the conclusion of the initial three-month pilot period, the program can be sustained in its current form, or in modified iterations, voluntarily and without cost to the DAO for up to one year. Any funding requests beyond the pilot phase will be subject to a DAO-wide vote.
During his term as an ApeCoinDAO Governance Working Group Steward AllCityBAYC will not seek, approve, or receive any personal payments for his program-related services. AllCityBAYC retains the right to select proposals or delegate proposal selection to community members, ApeCoinDAO initiatives, or other approved AIP programs.
AllCityBAYC may also terminate the program at any time.

The platforms this program will utilize include Zoom, Discord, Discourse, Google Meet, Google Docs and email.

Steps to implement and timeline may be adjusted by the author as needed, within good faith.
